When are y’all open? Definitely not 1am, nor 11pm. Closed again 5am - 7am. I’m done trying. Moving onto better pastures ~Senior

I was looking for an emergency tube of orajel but didn't have enough for the name brand stuff the nice lady at the checkout gave a good recommendation that the one I was buying was just as good even though it was mostly a third lesson price so knowing that I would definitely say this place is a great place to shop thank you ~Brad

The people that work in the store are very nice. However I have went to their pharmacy for years. I was treated very badly in the end. I switched pharmacies as of today. For two reasons. number one they treated me really bad like I was some kind of addict or something because of the type of prescriptions I get but they have no idea of what is going on with me physically and mentally. Number two they changed their generic pills to something different and they do not work. So therefore I am going to Meijer pharmacy. I have received one medication from them before that was not available at drug Mart. Not only were the people so sweet and nice but the medication was better. I hope anyone going to the store for the pharmacy gets better service than I do. And I recommend not getting generics from them if that's possible for you. I'm sorry that I have to post this. I don't like being negative towards anyone. But I can't help but tell my story so other people know!!! I hope for others that you have a different experience because the pharmacy has read this and I hope they start treating people with more respect because they don't know what's going on they only know what you're put on. Store is always clean. Love the manager there. She has been with the company a long time. She takes pride in her store. I look forward to seeing her every Saturday before me and sons take a hike. ~Jackie

My normal pharmacy did not have the medication I needed, so being in extreme pain, needing this medicine as soon as possible, I went to Waterloo Rd pharmacy. It was 3:42 and all the sudden they are closing at 4. I told them my issue, and explained I was in pain. THEY REFUSED TO HELP IN ANY WAY!!!! No compassion. The rude older lady smirked as though she was happy she was leaving at 4 and did not have to deal with me. -0 stars but it makes you at least select 1. No wonder the world is so crazy. No one wants to go an extra mile to help another. ~lisa

Currently under construction inside so no atm and each day is different.. you may be able to reach what you want you may not. They have a subway inside. The bathrooms are always broken or not organized or appealing. They look like stock rooms. They are putting in a bitcoin machine and USUALLY have an atm. The pumps are always muddy right where you need to stand and there no guards to keep the gas from back splashing. Only one or two pumps have diesel and with Amazon moving in down the road they just don't have enough pumps to handle it all. Amazon should be made to pace the trucks coming there or something because most of the time its hard for regular people to even get in. Its the only gas station right off the expressway at that exit. The staff is knowledgeable but some days can be rude. Store is usually very clean. Expanding, I hope, is an option in the near future. ~Sarah

Nice employees is what this place has going for it, and a drive thru, but other then that it's another expensive convenience store/gas station, but again the employees make this place a cut above ~Mike

Employees are super nice and store generally has a decent stock. However, it has been YEARS since I could pump gas here and have a receipt print at the pump. I have told associates and they keep saying that they have been trying to get it fixed. The issue must be in the hands of upper management and apparently it will never get done. It's annoying to have to wait in line for a pump receipt. Every. Time. ~Abby
