My sister went in and a really mean worker got an attitude right away. Her name was Leslie. She had the worst customer service skills I’ve ever experienced. Right when we walked in, Leslie treated my sister very condescendingly and then was rude when my sister had a coupon. She didn’t help my sister find the coupon on the UDF app and made her pay for it. After my sister came out to the car to tell me of the bad experience she had, I went in to use my coupon and she caught an attitude with me right away. Me being the nice person I am treated her with respect which I did not receive in return. By far the worst experience I ever had at any store in my life. Will not go to this location again. She should be fired.

This location has got it figured out. William and Imani are a great team. They made my experience all the better. William is getting five star training from Imani, not just work knowledge, but outstanding customer service skills. If you are in the area and need a good shake and a smile, stop in and see this crew.

Been standing in line to get a malt for 10 minutes done scrolled on fb and now I'm writing this review and finished before I was even helped. By the way there were 2 people in front of me one left it took so long to make the shake. Also they're never made right or stirred all the way. After waiting this long to order if they mess it up I'm throwing the shake in their face. So if you don't hear about this on the news then they have made their first correct shake. We'll see

every time I go here I end up leaving mad. they always have excuses not to make a shake with the flavor I ask, they taste horrible when they do make it they don't even put ice cream in the strawberry shakes. last time I sent my girlfriend to get some shakes for us and my parents and she we only had a 100 bill, so she paid with that and they said they got it stuck in a machine and couldn't get it out. so the manager had to be called made her wait 30 minute to get her change back. by the time she got home the shakes were warm and tasted like crap and they charged 20$. Never going here again.
