Anna (older lady) was great and had a great attitude! Felt so bad they didn’t have enough help to do check out lines or bags! Kylie is always great and Karen! We’ve had one bad gentleman (the Marshall).

This is one of the hardest Krogers to deal with that I’ve ever experienced. I’ve been getting my medication here since August 2021 and the pharmacy wait is usually about 10 people and 20-25 minutes. I’m not kidding. It can be up to 15 people sometimes waiting in line. The money center/customer service counter is almost never open. Maybe one out of 25 times that I’ve been there could I cash a check. And now they’re closing an hour early even with their already reduced hours. It’s weird, it’s almost like they’re like half out of business but just still leave it open to the public.

OMG!!! The worst wait ever!!! Your lucky if they pick up a phone because they don't just refill your medication, you have to actually call in and make sure they have it ready and your luck if it's ready that same day. I'm going to transfer over to Walgreens or CVS :-(

Love the staff here. Megan is always a sweetheart. Michelle is incredibly knowledgable and both go above and beyond what they are called to do. I watched the poor Pharmacy Technician get verbally assaulted tonight and I was amazed at how well she handled it. I dont think I would have taken it as well as she did. Thank you for all that you ladies do. Keep your head up and disregard any negativity thrown at you.

Prompt service. They call you when your prescriptions are ready. The Pharmacists are very courteous and knowledgeable.

The pharmacy technicians are mostly friendly and helpful however I’ve never had a pleasant interaction with the female pharmacist there. She ALWAYS acts as if it’s a bother to answer any questions. I’m a nurse and have worked with many pharmacists in my day. Never have I been around a pharmacist so unhappy with her job. Customer service is part of healthcare. If you aren’t happy assisting your patients I suggest a nighttime stocking position.

Call and a pharmacist breathes heavily because apparently you disturbed them by calling to ask about your medication and then they are rude to you about it. Also dealt with a pharmacy tech not minding HIPPA rights by saying rudely that she hopes her teenage daughter never has to be on birth control and procede to ask why she's on it,umm...none of your business. Tired of them never having anything ready and being nosey and rude. Will be transferring pharmacies. Not like they care anyways. Btw..I was a pharmacy tech.for 4 years and I and the rest of the pharmacy group never treated people the way they do at Kroger.
