I honestly dread coming to this pharmacy. I’ve been switching my scripts elsewhere but my doctor sent one here and I had to prepare my mind to go get it. The long lines, slow pace, and delay on prescriptions has been unbelievable. And I really don’t know why there is a drive through as it’s never open. I’m not sure what’s going on here but I’d advise going to Walgreens or CVS , somewhere other than here.

Hands down, THE worst Kroger pharmacy (or really any pharmacy) in Indiana.5/6 of my last scripts have not been filled when I come to pick them up. If you speak to someone and they say "ok, I'll get that filled and it will be ready tomorrow"... No it won't. Then you'll wait for an hour cause it's always busy and EVERY script has to be refilled on the spot. I only use Kroger due to my plan, but I'll drive far out of my way to go to any Kroger but this one. The store is ran about the same way. It's always a nightmare here. AVOID.

They usually have to order what you need so give em a 3 day wait for that and about the same if there's any type of line at pharmacy. Then probably don't actually have scrip when you do get to someone.

Completely unreliable pharmacy. If you don't fill your script at least 3 days prior you will not get it in time. Refills are never done when they are supposed to be and always require you to wait in person 20 us minutes after waiting in a long line for another 20 minutes. I've used Kroger pharmacies for long time, this is by far the worse one yet. The new store somehow made things worse.

This pharmacy used to be great. Now they don't answer the phone and the lines r long. All most all of the staff are very nice but there r long waits to get refills, 5 days on my last one and now I've switched. No long lines and they always answer the phone and the customer service is outstanding. I'm not going to say where I go now because I don't want all the disgruntled customers of Brownsburg, of whom there r many, to switch. I know in the last couple of years they lost a long-time pharmacist who got a better job offer. He always seemed to take care of any problems. Maybe a program to keep very good employees would be beneficial.

I switched to this pharmacy because I grocery shop here. I actually live at least 15 minutes away and still come. The Pharmacy is horrible! Last time I came they practically closed the metal gate in my face as I was trying to show them my sons insurance card, they told me they can't give me my prescriptions until after they take their lunch since I didn't have his card ready! So I go back a few days later, granted I live 15mins away, and they give me my sons prescription and no syringe to give it to him! Terrible terrible customer service.

The new location did nothing at all to improve anything about this pharmacy. They went from hour long waits with lines long out into the store. a security guard at the window all day. To now having short rude responses and 4/5/6 day waits for fills on meds. One week I made 3 trips to the pharm in 5 days and each day it was " nope not today" so I pulled all my scripts and went to Wal-Mart across the street...100%diffrence! So much happier!! World's better!!

The people working here are always nice, polite and patient. I'm glad they stayed through the transition to the new pharmacy. So many people were so horribly rude during this, and it was on the tail end of COVID shutdown, things were very tense. They are a great crew and I appreciate them!

I was hoping that when they moved into the new store that things would get better, but somehow they actually got worse. You can call for a prescription to be filled 2-3 times, then when you get there it's either missing or the wrong prescription. They either need to have upper management actually go there and completely restructure all of their processes, or just shut it down. It's literally the worst pharmacy I have ever been to.

New store, same poor service! I gave up this place over a year ago, but my Dr. sent a script there by mistake...I have been quickly reminded exactly why I left. No calls are answered by staff regardless if calls are by patients, prescriber, or another pharmacy. It is ridiculous that I cannot have a prescription issue addressed without visiting the store to speak to someone. In addition, the drive thru window is never in use -- how do contagious people not potentially expose others? I don't want to come stand in line behind someone else who should not be in the store in the first place.
