The sales are spot on, but customer service in certain departments are definitely not. Should never have to wait 45 minutes to see a deli employee. Ridiculous.

The pharmacy staff are always so friendly and very good at making sure to ask questions about your medication and is ready to educate you on them .

A spacious and welcoming location. Well stocked and easily accessed. Bakery and wing bar and great. Salad bar and Chinese are nice additions. Hot food bar is fresh and tasty. Rotisserie chicken is excellent too. Pricing is far lower than Publix. Freshness is very good in the produce department as well.

The store is very clean and the employees are extremely helpful. Like all stores right now they have periodic shortages of things but for the most part they are well stocked and I've not had any issues with me or canned items being sold after their expiration date (and yes I've seen it in other stores). They have people constantly out in the parking lot gathering carts so you don't run into shortages like I found in other places which is really great because I'm disabled and need to use a scooter.

The woman in deli chicken was rude when she told me I had never bought vinegar sea salt chicken bites when I had about four or five weeks ago. The zucchini at 2.99 per pound was old and softish but I needed it for a recipe. It is a wonder this store stays in business. Only the girl at checkout was pleasant.

I am always frustrated when I shop at Winn-Dixie. Their sales are good, however they frequently don't have them. Also when you check out you frequently don't get the sale price marked or advertised. I am sending a picture of a package of eye of round steak marked at a lower price, but I didn't get it. A person should be able to trust that their items are going to get rung up correctly without needing to scrutinize everything. It is very frustrating to get home and feel you've been cheated. And you certainly don't want to drive all the way back to the store for a few dollars. I have heard the same comment from others who has shopped there, or actually seen it when others in front of me are checking out and do notice.

This Winn-Dixie happens to be one of the bigger ones in the area, having said that I prefer this one over the other ones. The selection is always pretty decent. And the prices are always comparable to everyone else in the area. I do wish their whole bean coffee selection would expand a little bit
