Very unprofessional and I knowledgeable. Will never frequent this location. Go at your own risk. I’m this day in age Darlene the manager took a piece of a paper out of the trash to give me the customer service number. Come on we are in the CoVid era.

Had a flu vaccine appointment at 9:50 I stood in line for half hour, then another half hour with them typing in info I already filled out & brought with me. Didn't get my flu shot until 10:30. Unacceptable, don't go to this Walgreens unless you have all day to wait. Don't bother making an online appointment either. They never even apologized to me.

This walgreens is the BEST Pharmacy Ive been to. Fast, efficient and very helpful. The staff, Pharm Techs and Pharmacists all deserve a HUGE raise for the absolute amazing job they have done at thǐs store. They go ABOVE AND BEYOND in order to not only fill your order, but to give you that something extra you Just wont get anywhere else- a friendly smile that makes you want to come back! Love them!

THIS WALGREENS DELIVERS (Service not noted on main page). Pharmacy Tech Angel was very courteous and helpful when I called for information about possibly switching my prescriptions to Walgreens. I had several questions and she answered all of them, even looking up a drug availability, dosage, etc. She did this even when knowing they are a "standard" vs. a "preferred" pharmacy with my insurance and I needed to call a preferred pharmacy as well to compare. This Walgreens is closer and if the rest of the staff is this courteous and conscientious, I'd be happy to do business with them. Thank you.

This is the BEST Walgreens in the Port Charlotte Area. They will fill medications that the other Walgreens locations in the area will NOT fill- also, the employees and the pharmacist in the pharmacy here make this the BEST Walgreens! They are so friendly, fast and efficient! I highly recommend this location to you if you are in a hurry or never know when you might have to stop by and get an RX filled.

Hands down, such an incredible location. The staff was extremely friendly. We recently lost my cousin and as we were in there printing photos for the services, the manager helped us with everything we needed; they exhibited sympathy and printed our items on the spot. If you’re looking for rare customer service, this is the location for you!

Showed up for 6:45 pm covid shot, arrived early just after six. Waited till now at 7:24pm, only three people have received shots so far, employees indicating they are busy. Judge for yourself but I would say very poor management. Still have not received shot.

Be sure to check your prescription and the price, especially if you’re dealing with the associate named Rayven. The pharmacy gave us the wrong medication, and Rayven argued with us and told us that we were wrong. We also wanted to use Goodrx, since it’s cheaper than our insurance, but Rayven told us that the Goodrx price is just a “suggestion” and that insurance is ALWAYS cheaper than Goodrx. When we finally talked her into trying the Goodrx code, she quoted us the same price as the full retail price for the medication. Obviously the Goodrx code wasn’t entered correctly. We had to call Goodrx, and they were able to help the associate enter the code correctly. The Goodrx code was half the price of our insurance. Either Rayven is incompetent or she’s entering the Goodrx code after overcharging the customer and refunding the difference to herself. Either way, someone needs to make sure that she no longer works for a pharmacy. By the way, the full retail price was $204, the insurance price was $114, and the Goodrx price was $58. I am saddened to think of all the people she has overcharged for medication.

Hidden messages in upset people and problem is dealing with six or seven different people depending on the shift you get different answers different quality of care and some person might tell you to drive down and then you get there and it's shift change and they tell you to go home and not doing anything wrong so this message is not don't take it the wrong way I'm just telling you they could have better results
