Friday before Mother's Day afternoon: don't know if it was the timing, but no place to park on the grounds and didn't want to park blocks away and walk, so I never got in the door to see what the place was like. Also parking places seemed VERY NARROW!

Surprised by the reviews because I’ve had dinner with my parents on the independent side for the last month and it’s been amazing. The servers are so helpful, the cook was amazing and management was helpful and even brought my daughter(who was exhausted) ice cream. This has always been a nice place but now it feels like a family.

Hawthorne court is an amazing community where the staff care and love the residents as their own family. I love being able to work there and connect with the residents everyday. It truly is a great place to live.

The facility is staffed with caring, cheerful and friendly people. I can't say enough about the inviting atmosphere there. Apartments are all on one floor, no elevators! Many activities are available, both on site and outings to restaurants and joyrides. An absolute gem of a place to live.

My mother in law is a resident at Hawthorne and we spend a good deal of time there visiting her and the other residents. It’s a welcoming place with a friendly atmosphere. The staff is positive and friendly. My mother in law is happy and very comfortable there. Highly recommend.

Hawthorne Court is such a vibrant community. Our tenured staff are so engaged with the residents. And the residents, I just can't say enough about the wonderful bunch of ladies and gentleman that live here and make Hawthorne Court such a lovely place to live and work. Leisure Care is such an amazing company! You wont find another community in the Tri-cities that lives up to the Leisure Care standards. We focus everyday on a list of standards from Doing The Right Thing to Five Star Fun and living the Three Thirds Lifestyle. Three Thirds Lifestyle? What is that you ask? Come visit Hawthorne Court and ask. You'll feel the fun and warmth when you walk in the door! You'll see why one of the residents told me on my first visit to Hawthorne Court, "It's like a cruise ship that's never left the port".

Don't work here theirs no room for grow, so if your ok with staying in the same position and horrible pay this is the place. all the management act like high schoolers and only have interest in self image the don't care for residence and treat them like objects the employees are treated only by social statues, and treated horribly. In turn the employees don't care about performance they only care about how they look in front of other employees. And looking good in front of the management's eyes, and being in popular crowd. In short don't let your love ones live here or work here. -have a good day :)
