This is the worst sephora I've ever been to. It has such a small range of products and what they do carry isn't in stock. All of their shelves are half empty every time I've been there. The employees seem pretty bored. I don't blame them for that. I'm glad the other Sephora in this mall exists. I'd prefer to go there every time. ~C

horrible customer service. they can’t help me w my windshield wiper that i purchased here. also the worker said they aren’t checking engine either only for today?? when it’s offered on the WINDOWS!!! hm sounds like someone doesn’t want to do their job ? thanks for nothing. do not recommend this location to anyone ~lydia

First off I called about 8 or 10 shops befor I contacted Johnny. I needed my clutch and clutch master cylinder replaced on my 06 GTO. I had all the parts (upgraded performance parts). He was the only shop I called that would install my parts. I dropped it off and he had it done in 2 days. So far everything is great. Still getting use to everything since performance parts have a way different feel then stock. I appreciate Johnny for allowing my parts. I normally do my own work on my car but my living situation doesn't allow it. Thanks again Johnny, you will probably get business on my next project for the car. P.S. if you got your own parts and no one will install, call Johnny and find out. ~Joshua

Farris, at the Kennewick store treated me so well. He took the time to help me find a brace for my knee. I do a lot of weight training, and recently got injured. He took the time to find the brace that would work for me, preventing frustration and possibly returning the wrong item!! He treated me like a human being, which is extremely hard to find in customer service anymore. Thank you so much for everything! ~Kimberly

This is a bad Walmart. The staff are rude and awful and nothing is in the right place and tons of items prices are marked incorrectly, but if you ask for a price correction they won't do it. They also kept a $35 phone card and told me they didn't have it. This photo shows a bag of dog food in front of the sign and they wouldn't honor the price it said. Horrible. ~Andrea

Would NOT recommend this place at all! Not a professional eye exam at all. Staff was helpful but the doctor- ugh! Maybe he doesn’t like his job- but I found the exam of my eyes lacking! And not honest! I think this place must get a kick back from the local cataract center- I have never ever been told I have cataracts- very mild glaucoma but never cataracts- this Drs recommendation to fix my need for new eyeglasses was to go get cataract surgery. They also did not dilate my eyes to see more clearly into the condition of my eyes. I have had a thorough exam of my eyes in the recent past by a different Doctor- this place has a low standard! Their eyeglass center is great though! No complaints there! ~Debbie

Ivan was very helpful today, glad I went in. Found out AT&T is screwing me over. Got home and called AT&T and found out I have 2 phones that are linked with each other and cannot unlink them without cancelling my number that I’ve had for years. Don’t get me wrong, the lady on the phone at AT&T was helpful and felt bad for me, I was really keeping my composure on the phone with her, after all it wasn’t her fault. But if you should go to AT&T on Columbia Center Blvd, make sure you listen closely to what there telling you🤔. No Vaseline ~Donnie
