Ivan was very helpful today, glad I went in. Found out AT&T is screwing me over. Got home and called AT&T and found out I have 2 phones that are linked with each other and cannot unlink them without cancelling my number that I’ve had for years. Don’t get me wrong, the lady on the phone at AT&T was helpful and felt bad for me, I was really keeping my composure on the phone with her, after all it wasn’t her fault.
