They had no product and staff was to busy visiting with each other to help. Not impressed with this Sephora location at all.

This is the worst sephora I've ever been to. It has such a small range of products and what they do carry isn't in stock. All of their shelves are half empty every time I've been there. The employees seem pretty bored. I don't blame them for that. I'm glad the other Sephora in this mall exists. I'd prefer to go there every time.

They don't take Sephora credit card, JCP's only. The independent store is just outside of Macy's.

This store is small and has minimal selection and inventory. On a positive note, there were no pushy salespeople.

I called in to see if they had any Dyson Airwraps in stock before I head out or go through online ... they really said “I’m sorry (laughs) dyson like the vacuum?( laughs again) yeah no we don’t carry that brand .... .... ... ? I’m sorry am I the one living under a rock? Rude and uninformed the best coolsies 😅

They have such great experts and the atmosphere is very friendly. The product recommendations are super good too. I'm really picky and they found and eyebrow pencil i actually like omg with a primer that doesn't make my skin feel weird.

as someone who works in retail, i know the difference between good & bad customer service. that being said, the staff made me feel really uncomfortable with a return i was trying to do for a product that was damaged upon opening. i understand it probably looked sketchy because 28 days passed (their return policy is 30 days after purchase), but i usually work closing shifts at my job so it’s hard to make it in. all things considered, i probably won’t be going back any time soon :/
