Somewhat reasonable prices - better than some competitors & good location at the mall of NH in Manchester. Just off the highway & located In an area with lots of others stores for a variety, selection of everything you're looking for.

The most organized Forever 21 I have ever visited. Only wish the dressing rooms were cleaner.

My daughter spent a while in this store but ultimately couldn't find the flattering dress she was looking to purchase. I looked quickly at the men's section and it was small and was either too hip (yellow and black checkerboard on a hoodie) or too bland (short-sleeved button up collared shirt with a faint pattern.)

This location needs to clean up the store a bit. Perhaps organize. Clothes are always scattered and it’s tough to sort through them, so unless you have a lot of time on your hands to dig through, I wouldn’t recommend visiting. There’s also not much variety for shoes. I’d rather shop online. The only downfall to that, you wait about 2+ weeks to for delivery! Delivery is ALWAYS long, and customer service ALWAYS has some strange excuse for it.

I came into this store with my friend. I walked in with no greeting or smile by employees, they were rude and was ignored until I asked if they did apple pay. I had a few items I wanted to pay for with apple pay. I walked up to the counter, no hello, smile or anything. Their apple pay machine was being weird and it wouldn’t go through. The girl at the counter did not tell me what was going and just turned to another employee and said “I don’t know what’s going on with this sh*t.” This other very rude girl turned to me and asked “are you sure you have money in the card.” (I know my card was fine I used it five minutes prior) and proceeds to make me sign into my bank account to show her my balance. They call over another girl and she told me she could hold the items for me. I said no because I just wanted to leave. Very unprofessional and bad experience...

I was walking into this location today, when I hear someone abruptly yell "JESUS F_ING CHRIST!" I turn and see a woman with an iced coffee storm past me swearing the whole way.. I said "I hope that's not an employee..." I then proceed to watch her walk into the back room of the store. She was indeed a worker and as a person who's shopped there many times I will not be returning. Because of this experience alone I didn't buy anything. If you can't navigate the world appropriately on your down time you shouldn't be working in customer service. If she wanted me to move she could have asked, but I was not the one making her late. If that were her concern, maybe don't make yourself late by buying a coffee before your shift.

A lot of fun choices. Quality for some items are so so but prices reflects that so fair enough. Also bc pre-teens and teenagers frequent the store and their style and or sizes often change more than older adults it is what it is...perfect for the situation.
