Worst pharmacy ever! I left cvs thinking it would be better NOPE …2 weeks scripts not being filled constant dr approval/ insurance approval ran out of medicine twice !!!! Went back to cvs BAM everything filled instantly…

Absolutely love this place. Clean store. Awesome pharmacist! AMAZING CASHIERS! ,Beautiful too :) I go here everyday for my daily essentials. They greet me when i come and go! Ill continue to shop here until the day i drop.

Prescriptions are never ready after I use the automated phone service. Sitting in Rite Aid now waiting for 4 scrips now....3 I called in Thursday...happened again June 3rd...called in 3 scrips Thursday June 2nd...went in Friday the 3 ( today) none were ready... Had to wait 15-20 minutes for them to be filled

Slowest pharmacy ever. Every time i spend a MINIMUM of 20 minutes waiting to pick up a prescription. It’s worse if you go through the drive thru ‘cause they always have the same painfully slow lady there. Go inside and you’ll only wait 5-10 instead of 30+ minutes in line at the drive thru (seriously)

Problem with the pharmacy the individual that waited on me never went through what he was giving me or my problem stopped right there so I brought my business into the store where another associate no eye iContact seven minutes and associated that originally waited on me was standing over at his post at the window needless to say I did not get the prescription I need I asked a pharmacy to give me one( One )pill just one night So I can sleep I could understand if it was a narcotic but it isn’t needless to say I’m gonna take my business elsewhere

The emergency department doesn't call in prescriptions to the pharmacy which is an efficient way to ensure patients receive medications in a timely and efficient manner. I have a 70 year old client who is in congestive heart failure and has COPD who went to the emergency room because she couldn't breathe. She specifically asked if they could call in the prescription. They said no. She was given a piece of paper to drop off at the pharmacy (she can't drive and lives alone far from family) and sent home. She called me, a homecare aide who has a different client on Fridays, in a panic saying she had no way of getting the meds. I had to drive to her, get the piece of paper, hand it to the pharmacist and go back later to pick up the 6 pills and then drive back to the client on because there is no other way she could have gotten her meds. I called CMC to ask for an explanation of why they don't call in prescriptions and was told it's something they just don't do. He asked me what company I work for. He also told me I didn't "have to" help my housebound client who had no other option. I asked if they can call in prescriptions for her in the future given her circumstances and was told I was being rude and that he was hanging up and to call the patient liaison line which is an answering machine. It's 2020 and apparently this hospital is unwilling to utilize basic technology to better serve their clientele. "Not my problem" seems to be the motto of CMC.

Not once, in probably 50+ visits, have they ever been able to accomplish getting prescriptions ready by the promised time. Most times, they haven't even started filling my prescriptions when I arrive, even if it's 24+ hours past the promised time. They have the only drive-thru pharmacy anywhere near here, so I still grudgingly return when it's cold/snowy. Otherwise, though, I avoid this pharmacy like the plague. I will say, though, that the workers are usually pleasant enough. Others have said how terrible they are, and I haven't found that to be the case.

The team there in the pharmacy is wonderful. Chirs will help you get the best value and he helped me get all my medication on the same day so I do not have to go in more then I want to. The others are just as helpful even thought it can get busy but it is worth the wait. If you have questions, call and they will get it ready for you. Better then any online program. Just go in and say high maintenance says hi!
