Have been a satisfied customer for 40 years. Regularly the pharmacist insists you make the calls to your md yourself with the excuse they can’t guarantee the doctors office will get back to them regarding your prescription. Gone is the caring that was.

Literally the worst pharmacy. Wrong information is given and staff is so rude. I can honestly say I’ve never had a good visit to this pharmacy. Staff needs to be trained on how to be nice and listen and not talk over their customers. Will be looking for a new pharmacy!

Prescriptions NEVER ready when promised. Will switch to another CVS (or get everything mailed, or another company), as the wanton incompetency of this pharmacy is unrivaled by any other I have dealt with in the past 40 years.

I understand it’s a busy place but if they receive an electronic script for prescriptions & you call to check before driving there & their automated system says it will be ready at a certain time then it should be ready! Instead I’m told we’re behind so come back in 15-20 & close the window on me. Then to go back almost an hour later to give them more than enough time to get it together only to be told only 1 is ready & I’d have to come back in another 15-20 for the 2nd prescription. So 3 trips & 2 1/2 hours for something that was supposedly going to be ready when I arrived there the first time. Update your automated system if you’re not going to be able to honor your quoted timeframes so customer don’t waste their time or yours.

They never have medication in stock so I have to make multiple trips to fill a prescription. Incessant texts after I specifically opt out. One pharmacist is nice and helpful but the others are awful. Cashiers at the front of the store are terrible. I don't go here much anymore but whenever I do it seems to be worse than ever. I hope they either straighten it out or close the doors.

My prescriptions are out of stock every month, no matter what, for over a year now. I was lied to and told they couldn't fill my prescription without having to order it when the prescription is received, forcing me to go off a necessary daily medication for over a week while it was on backorder on multiple occasions. I've been put on hold and hung up on, sometimes my call just doesn't get answered at all. They have my mother's cellphone number as mine and after multiple times of us trying to change it--they still call my mother looking for me. This place used to be good, but has gone downhill incredibly quickly--especially the pharmacy. Just this week, my prescription was sent with the wrong instructions and they told me they would contact my doctor to fix it. According to my doctor, they never reached out to him. Their reliability is zero.

My issue here is that the man behind the counter (Bo?) lacked empathy, failed to offer a solution, and just walked away before I could ask anything else. I had to go ask another teller at the drop-off counter (who was much kinder) and she set me up with a text notification. Big thank you to her! If it weren't for her and one other woman I would have probably become more escalated. This is Bedford. Residents from here expect a level of customer service regardless of how the day is going for an employee. Your employees are a representation of the company and its brand. The man working today did not represent himself or the company well. Also, the women's bathroom here is deplorable.
