Have been a satisfied customer for 40 years. Regularly the pharmacist insists you make the calls to your md yourself with the excuse they can’t guarantee the doctors office will get back to them regarding your prescription. Gone is the caring that was. ~Ann

Worst medical device company ever. Everything was going smoothly until they just stopped answering the phone...and didnt return any calls. I assumed they went out of business. After three months of not recieving any supplies, leaving several voicemails with zero response from the company, I finally moved on to another medical device company, Keene Medical (who is also atrocious, but answers the phone when paying customers call). This is beyond poor customer service...this is downright immoral and unethical. This place sells medical devices to people who cant live without them...and they just stopped picking up the phone, without any warning or communication. I hope they all suffer as much as they made their customers suffer. Burn in hell, people of Bioscrip. ~Griff

I stopped by while traveling from Switzerland as a drop-in just to get some open gym time, and could not have been more warmly welcomed. Big box, lots of space to run classes while leaving plenty of room for open gym goers. Met three coaches and a few athletes, everyone was super friendly. Great box, and I will be back whenever traveling to southern New Hampshire. ~Shablinsky
