Never again. Prescription called in 2 hours ago. Told it wasn't processed yet and would be another hour.

Friday the 7th of october 230 pm. Went in for vaccine asked for latest covid as I'm a health worker and 68 years old. Lied to by pharmacist about needing a vaccine card. Asked to speak to manager. He backed up her refusal to give me injection. Upset she was caught in a lie. I was made to leave without any vaccine. Even though already paid for by Medicare. Ignorance abounds and definite age discrimination. If you want to be humiliated this is the place to go.

This is the Worst pharmacy in concord NH the store isn’t too bad but the pharmacy is just horrible ,so many different issues for the past year now it has gone downhill fast ,they do not care about your business at all and you are obviously inconveniencing them And they let you know it asking for your prescription you get greeted with the eye roll and big huff like you are interrupting them , They now close the pharmacy at random times leaving hand written notes saying short staffed so closed early, which is bad for the ER patients who have prescriptions sent there because concord hospital counts on them being open at night ,like they say they are and the hospital people leaving the ER thinking they are getting these medications right afterwards only to get the pharmacy and they are closed and even worse is now your prescription is stuck there u til they open again..They never answer the pharmacy phone anymore ,so you always get an answering machine and never return the phone call ,even for the doctors they don’t answer the phone anymore ,when you finally do get to speak with one of these pharmacists in person they are rude and seem very irritable the way they talk down to the elderly is something else they talk laugh and act like there is no line of people standing in front of them waiting to drop off or pick up I don’t know if they think it is someone else’s job to go to the counter or what’s going on but they sure don’t like waking over to that counter and forget that drive thru window, you will sit there all day trying to get someone to even look at you. it’s seems as though avoiding the customer as much as possible and being rude along with messing up medications multiple ways including miscounting medications and forgotten to order out of stock medications after saying it was already done 3 separate times only to find out they still did not order it and now you are out of insulin and other life saving medications it seems it is not their job or problem ,if something goes wrong and if you complain about anything, forget it they will now purposely treat you even worse and your medications magically start having even more problems ,so I would avoid this place especially if you take any type of continuous medications there are always problems and it’s just not worth the stress and treatment you get it ,The other rite aid on fort eddy is much better run and with friendly helpful start and wow its even ok to ask the pharmacists questions about your medications without being treated rudely or having your private health information yelled to you from the back while everyone can hear it The Walgreens is good also and has a drive thru for those who prefer that .

I'm normally a CVS shopper and do not shop at Rite Aid. I never liked the chain because the stores didn't seem clean, were outdated, and didn't have alot of the makeup brands I'd look for. I only stopped in because I needed use the bathroom and didn't plan to buy anything. I was shocked when I walked in. This store is bright and updated, and the staff are so helpful. What a huge beauty department with a TON of brands. When I'm in the area and looking a place to shop for makeup, I'd definitely come back.

Very dirty store, bathroom was actually covered in poo and the rails,walls/ doors you could tell never get cleaned, covered in dust ,dirt and grime. I told management and they laughed and said yeah I cleaned it earlier. This store appears to not care about cleanliness during this rampant virus or in general. The cashier was at least cleaning her station but was very rude at checkout when I asked for the key. No response just a dirty stare for 30 seconds and silence then hands over the key. Not recommended if you have health conditions that put you at risk for Covid or the Flu or if you just like good customer service 😷

Specifically for the pharmacy: I have had issues with every single prescription for myself, my son, my partner, and my partner's daughter. There is little to no communication, and it feels like not even the bare minimum of effort is put in.

I've shopped at this Rite Aid for years. My experiences shopping here have been a lot worse and way less positive in the last year. Lines are long at times with no one to help customers in a timely manner. Rite Aid hires the absolute minimum number of employees to cover the busiest stores and times. Management is overworked and rude to customers. My most recent interaction, I asked if one of the managers could look for a product in the backroom (It was not on the shelf). Instead of checking if they had it, the manager complained to me about being 'short staffed' and behind on her closing routine, 3 minutes.. probably the time it would have taken her to check. She was not interested in helping me. So maybe hire some more staff. The customer is definitely not right here or even helped.

Rite Aid store, on South st. Concor, NH Incident: I went to pick up my sons medication then I had to go in to grab something. Looking around trying to find what I was looking for. One of the staff, comes to check in on me. She said “hi, how are you doing.” I said I am good, how are you.” Then I go about my business, a couple of minutes later, someone walks by me looks like a teen wearing jeans and a red hoodie, walks past me, looks like he was looking around. I go to the beauty area to see if I can find nail stuff. Then I walk to the cashier, as I walk to the cashier, she calls for someone to cover for her. I see a police officer, didn’t think much of it because hey, it’s not the first time I see a police officer in the store. Anyways a few minutes later as I am by the cashier, I see the kid( I am guessing he was a teenager based on my side view. He is being asked to leave the store. The kid from what I could hear, he said, why am I being kicked out, I have never stolen from the store 😞. The police officer says to him. This is a business they have a right to stop you from shopping here.” Not exactly the words the policeman used. The kids walks back and says “WTF”. The police did this move where his left hand is lifted up and the right hand going towards his waist. The kid then says “ I am not running away.” I couldn’t here anymore conversations after that, so I am done at this point and look at them. They are trying to talk to the boy. I walk out to my car and I ran into another policeman walking in. I am in shock at this point and can’t believe what I just witnessed. I go in my car tried to go live, network was horrible. Another police car pulls up and parks the another one pulls up behind me then stops. I am not sure how many policemen were there but I know there were 5 SUVs when I drove away. Shaking and petrified as to what I just witnessed. My question is the boy didn’t look like he stole anything or causing any issues that I saw that is. Was the staff really asking me how I was doing in good faith or was I being suspected of something. I am just in SHOCK!!!! I have never witnessed such for as long as I have lived in this state. Like wow!!!

The young male pharmacist was incredibly rude and didn't seem interested in resolving the issue with my insulin prescription which I explained I have to have of course. I will go to a different rite aid. Customer service and problem solving are parts of health care and part of retail especially so stop staring at your computer and show some interest.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They just remodeled this store and it is very clean and organized. I am impressed with the amount of household products and food items they have in addition to all the normal personal care items that you'd expect. They have a good selection of "natural" and health products which I appreciate, as well as an impressive selection of beer and wine both warm and cold. I am very happy that this store is in my neighborhood!
