Terrible man. First they gave me the wrong size pizza then the pizza looked horrible when they did get the size right. And they take longer than they say online to make the pizza

Save your time and just order from Mellow Mushroom. They're not that far from this location, the pizza is better, and the service is much better. My experience is like everyone else's who has rated recently. You place an order, wait for your order, don't receive your order, call about your order, get put on hold, hang up, call back and pretend you're making a new order, employee picks up immediately (suddenly now available to take a new order although no one was available to give you an update on your existing order seconds earlier), employee tells you that your order hasn't even been started yet even though the estimated delivery time has already passed. This is a consistent issue with this location, not just a single bad night. My family used to order from here every week for pizza night. Now we order from Mellow Mushroom. They might not deliver, but at least the pizza is ready when it's supposed to be and they answer the phone when you call about your order.

Absolutely dreadful service. Ordered pizza for kids' dinner at 8:27 pm. Estimated delivery was 9:04 pm. Almost two hours later I called them to find out why we had no delivery yet and with NO APOLOGY, they said they only had one driver delivering multiple orders and my order wouldn't be delivered for another 30 minutes. This would make it 2.5 hours since I placed the order. Again, no apologies from these incompetent jokers. Had to find leftovers for the kids to eat. DO NOT WASTE your time or money here. Domino's Pizza will never do this.

Honestly if I could give this store a zero I would, I absolutely hate people who choose to work in a place and be miserable and rude get a better job that you actually like but I understand you probably can’t because a lot of you are illiterate, I placed my order for a meat lovers and of course went home open my pizza and there’s only two meats on there pepperoni and beef, called the store to see if I can get a refund the only option they gave me was a store credit that I couldn’t see on my Papa Johns app where I placed my order they said that it’s going to be in their store system only I asked them if the store credit expired and they said no it doesn’t have an expiration date but of course it was fishy from the beginning and after a month and me trying to place my order they said they could not see the store credit and there was nothing they could do and they were super rude about it. don’t recommend this store at all rude illiterate people who don’t know how to do their job and lie

I have watched two employees here on separate occasions within the past month bare hand fist the pepperoncinis out of a bucket and put them into the pizza box... WHERE ARE THE GLOVES OR TONGS? In what world would this ever be acceptable?

Never again. 90 minutes for 1 pizza on a Thursday...and it was barely cooked. Update: I went against better judgment and tried them again. My 10-15 min order took nearly and hour.. no one in the store had any answers when asked how much longer it would take. No one moved with any expedience... just folks slowly meandering around the back and several people waiting on orders. Everyone seemed to be so confused.

Every single time I order to my house it takes hours yes HOURS to get here. I order and it tells me 29 mins then takes hours. Currently waiting for hour and half. Said the delivery guy left at 854 and it’s 925 I live 7 mins from the store. It never makes any sense. I am so disappointed in the service from this papa johns. Never have this problem with other stores

Actually I visited tonight 1/6/22 the 5 stars is for management the crew is awful. I literally watched the manager do all the work while the two in the front was on they phone when I walked in no greeting, they cussing at each other about who is going to see what I needed instead of acknowledging me. I am a manager at a high class fine dining restaurant lord knows how much their lack of attentiveness and hospitality killed me. As far as the manager that worked on this night I applaud you for dealing with those ungrateful employees, you deserve a raise, for having to do it all and babysitting them.

Do not order from thos Papa John's. They dont care about their customers at all. It took delivery over an hour to get to me. I called their manager and he gave me an excuse saying "sometimes the systems glitches with the time." He told me his time said 45-60 while I have a receipt copy of it saying 27-37. After asking if I'll be compensated he said "yeah I'll give you a free side or dessert on your next order" and immediately hung up with giving any information and I still haven't gotten an email. This is the pizza I ended up with.
