I was inside Walgreens before closing today trying to buy things and was later told I wasn’t able to purchase anything because the girl working in the front “pulled the register” at exactly 10:00. Walked out with nothing. I don’t recommend coming during night time unless you want to feel rush/ pressured to leave!!

I purchased an item, drove an hour to pick it up, and upon arrival received an email saying my order was canceled and the item was out of stock. What a huge waste of my time. I’ll go to CVS, thanks.

Great store! The best staff! Please get the A/C working properly for them, I visited today and it was quite warm in there. I would be very uncomfortable if I had to spend more than 10 minutes inside the store.

I went to pick up a photo enlargement today. Someone else's photo was in my envelope. My 8x10 photo turned out just fine. I had graduation invitations printed on card stock paper and the photo was so dark, that it didn't even look like my child. There should be a note on the website indicating that the photo may appear darker when printed. The printing on the back was supposed to be black. Some were maroon, some were maroon and black and some were smudged. The order should have been checked by an employee prior to placing in a box for pickup. Needless to say, I did not purchase the invitations. The photo manager was understanding and told me to try the Wade Green Rd. Location since they have better photo equipment.

Wanted to get 2000 4x6 photo prints. They had a special for 0.13 a print w/ minimum of 75 prints. The lady did not understand what that means and argued that I could only get 75 prints and would have to make multiple orders. She went to confer with the manager and basically snuck around the isle and went back to stocking. I called corp who forwarded the complaint to the mgr. He called me a few hrs later and apologized, took responsibility for the "misunderstanding" BUT in the same breath said this is the nicest employee they have! This is very sad Walgreens and not only are you not getting my $260 photo order but I will take my business elsewhere from now on.
