Worst customer service ever Act like they don’t know anything no help When you want to return something they ACT like their system not taking returns but I just purchased the items like Then get to the register African American lady is just the worst every time I’m there act like she don’t want to customer service it’s HER job. I stood in the line meanwhile she took someone else that had two things in their hand first “like make it make sense” I just stood here before him for what !! Need better people at this location !!

Warning about Walgreens: I planned a Covid test a week and a half ago and it was going to be free… coincidentally Walgreens drive thru door “broke” the same day they started charging for testing and cancelled our appointments. Now we try to “reschedule” as the email said we should for a new Walgreens and they want us to pay 130 per test even with insurance. Definitely NOT! I have to leave the country in less than 48 hours. ALSO they called at 8 pm right as the pharmacy closed and left us all in my group voicemails because they new there would be back lash because when you now “ reschedule” they ask for 130 dollars. They said call us back with any questions knowing it was their closing time because they are not focused on any type of customer service clearly.

Will not be using this pharmacy ever again after three poor experiences. One time they did not have the full refill available for an Rx that was called in a week earlier, second time they promised me they would have it and still did not, and the third poor experience was running a vaccine on my insurance that I never received which caused a huge hassle for me. Going to Publix from now on.

Brianna/Breanna in the pharmacy is rude. Pharmacist is no better. Ive been loyal to this location for YEARS. Just moved all my business to CVS.

This Walgreens was great! I typically do not go to Walgreens because I almost always have a bad experience but this location was definitely the exception. The pharmacy tech and pharmacist were extremely helpful and informative. They got a prescription that I need to field immediately before my wife came out of surgery and they even help me out on the price. My insurance was out of state and would not cover any of it so they apply the discount card. I would highly recommend This location.

Showed up 25 mins until close to let my 8 year old daughter a my love 11 year old (special needs) daughter use the restroom, and grab them a water and some food/snacks. The shift manager refused to let them use the restroom because they were closing; He was rude and unprofessional about it. He then locked the doors at 11:43 ... we just left instead of purchasing anything. Horrible customer service

Customer service is nice. Only 2 stars because they literally NEVER keep cigarettes in stock. I don’t know who has been doing their inventory for the last couple months, but I feel like an entire wall of empty inventory for consecutive weeks (nicotine or anything else) is absolutely pitiful on management’s part, and a pretty bad representation of organization, management and upkeep with a businesses stock. If you need nicotine, go anywhere else.

I am very disappointed in a place that I used to enjoy. This Walgreens used to be a nice place to shop while on the square. Today I went into Walgreens and bought a soda. I then walked over to the antique store about 200 feet from Walgreens to show my mother a necklace. I got back maybe 15 minutes later and my car had been booted. I understand that sometimes the Walgreens parking lot is abused by people who are not customers, but I feel like it is a bit much to have a private company sit in your parking lot and boot customers (who have been customers since the Walgreens was built) when they leave the property for a few minutes. Won’t be making a quick stop at the Walgreens on the square anymore. Be careful!
