10 Best drugstore in Marietta, Georgia (GA) 2024

I was just at this location for a COVID-19 test, and the woman working the drive through pharmacy was extremely rude when i told her i didn't have insurance. she insisted the test was going to cost $128 which is absolutely ridiculous. she kept asking for my insurance card even after i told her i didn't have any, and then eventually basically told me that they couldn't do anything for me. there was no kindness, no understanding, and it was the least helpful interaction i have ever had at a pharmacy in my life. working on customer service skills and empathy will go an incredibly long way in making sure people don't leave your store having themselves for something that have no control over. ~Molly

Getting my covid shot today. The staff is very pleasant and nice. The store is well stocked and clean. I can't wait to come back to get my second dose. ~Tayo

Worst customer service ever Act like they don’t know anything no help When you want to return something they ACT like their system not taking returns but I just purchased the items like Then get to the register African American lady is just the worst every time I’m there act like she don’t want to customer service it’s HER job. I stood in the line meanwhile she took someone else that had two things in their hand first “like make it make sense” I just stood here before him for what !! The phone lines are horrible doesn't matter what time you call. You will be on hold for an hour and I am calling from a Doctors Office. I don't understand. They put you on hold and the phone rings than they put you back on hold. Don't say anything. Hate calling this Pharmacy. Can't leave a voice mail either cause they will say they didn't receive it. ~J.

Good spot to get your vaccine shots. Make sure to have your insurance card if you are doing a flu shot. ~Kevin

How this store (CVS-4250 Roswell Rd. Marietta) could have so few stars is mind boggling to me. I imagine that it is because it’s more common to post when an issue surfaces over posting when the service is great. This CVS is the BEST location in our opinion! The pharmacy does such a great job of filling our prescriptions (even when meds are back-ordered or we run into insurance issues). Even when they are busy… it doesn’t stop them from providing great customer service! From vaccines to meds… to late night front store visits… the kind and hard working staff at this CVS location (Pharmacists and front store staff) are top notch & we are so grateful! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ~Gina

This is the absolute slowest pharmacy I have ever been to. Was placed on hold for over 10 minutes, twice and when I went into the pharmacy only 1 person serving customers. They really need to organize things here and staff up. ~rodney

Pharmacy does their best while being overworked and beset by Karens and Kevins. I was here yesterday getting a presc filled for my 4 month old. They took the time to add flavoring to his oral meds so it wouldn't be bitter for him. Kelly, one of the other workers, consoled me when I was having an anxiety attack over my baby's coughing fit. ~Breanna

I've been in this store several times in the past couple of weeks and have thoroughly enjoyed my experience each time both regular staff and the manager on duties are always super helpful the store is well kept and clean and everyone is super friendly making this my favorite cvs so far ~djghostface

Pharmacy staff is very helpful and are overwhelmed with orders. Cashiers are great. The pharmacy has long holds 35+ mins. Every time i go to pick up my prescription they either don't have it ready when they said they would and make you loop back around to wait in the long line again, please note this happens on both drive thru and in person at the pharmacy and inside the store. This gets extremely frustrating. I wish they would hire more pharmacy techs so that these arent stretched as thin. ~reyes.arlette1980
