Pharmacy staff is very helpful and are overwhelmed with orders. Cashiers are great. The pharmacy has long holds 35+ mins. Every time i go to pick up my prescription they either don't have it ready when they said they would and make you loop back around to wait in the long line again, please note this happens on both drive thru and in person at the pharmacy and inside the store. This gets extremely frustrating. I wish they would hire more pharmacy techs so that these arent stretched as thin.

I tried their location on Shallowford, but they were unable to fill my wife's prescriiption that evening and suggested I try their location on Sandy Plains. I arrived at the Sandy Plains location around 7pm and the Pharmacy team headed by Mgr., Ms., Delight, immediately filled my order. Hats off to customer support. Our new CVS location.

Unfortunately you have to give a rating of at least one. This Pharmacy is not deserving of anything but zero. Entire team needs extensive training. They need to recognize that customer service is a good thing. Cannot believe their corporate office allows this cesspool to remain totally broken. Go to any other pharmacy in the area and receive much better service. You will thank me.

*This review applies to the store as I did not visit pharmacy* The store did not have the any yellow ExtraBucks promotional signs advertised in the personal care or cosmetic isle, strange and worth mentioning… Great customer service. Didn’t get to buy anything because the product online advertised in stock was actually out of stock which happened at another CVS location a few days prior. The young man with long blonde hair was doing an awesome job multitasking, gently recommended calling beforehand to verify (believe app handled by 3rd party), and even offered something for being inconvenienced for the >8 mile drive. I declined but he and staff were doing an excellent job on 01-23, so good I’m compelled to write this! TY!

Cashiers are great. Always sweet and helpful. Pharmacy however is constantly a headache. Currently have been on hold for 30 minutes (literally), without even speaking to anyone yet. Every time i go to pick up my prescription they either don't have it ready when they said they would and make you loop back around to wait in the long line again, have your insurance messed up, or have some other issue. As someone who has to pick up prescriptions once every couple of weeks, this gets extremely frustrating. I wish they would hire more pharmacy techs so that these arent stretched as thin. I have yet to wait less than 15 minutes in line for my medicine. and currently still on hold...32 minutes and counting. Please do better.

Took 30 min of sitting in line behind only 2 other cars to get up ho the window, then they couldn’t find my child’s Rx in spite of having gotten a text confirming the Rx was ready. Swore he didn’t have a profile in the system wren we just had something filled days prior. Thankfully it was in fact ready.

Went to get my first Covid shot and the pharmacist was very nice. She was gentle and I did not feel rushed. She took her time and asked which arm I wanted the shot in. She made me feel at ease, although I was a tad nervous. Looking forward to seeing her when I receive my second shot.

We've had nothing but great experience here with pharmacy and store. Pharmacy team is always happy to update on prescription status, explain refills, and help in a way that doesn't feel rushed and inattentive.

Great staff and super quick, even when I need a last minute refill! I was having a recurring issue with one of my prescriptions and Maneesha was able to catch the error in their system that was causing the problem, saving me time and hassle the next time I need a refill. Super grateful!

We honestly don’t know where to start. We had an 11:50am appointment for a COVID test. The person at the window claimed she was talking to a nurse about rescheduling the appointment. She didn’t communicate with us for 30 minutes about that. We had to wait another 30 minutes after constantly pushing the button to talk to someone and calling their main line. No one would answer. She finally answered and said she was trying to reschedule us for 2pm??? It was 1:09 pm at that point and several people behind us at various times left the line. Good for her! Less work to do. Meanwhile, we don’t know if we have someone with COVID. I have a photo of her if anyone at CVS is concerned. Unreal. I’m not even this kind of person, but this kind of thing will not be tolerated. Even the person next to us picking up a prescription was angry. WAKE UP!
