Showed up to my appointment for testing early purely by accident—this location is almost an hour from my residence and I expressed that along with the fact that I referred to compete military/international travel requirements upon realizing that my scheduled time was way later than I initially thought/read. In addition to an unprofessional and unnecessary lecture about her needing to take a lunch, I was rudely told by Amy to come back at a certain time when the NP would be back from lunch. I returned at the time I was told and turned away yet again by the same girl. I work in healthcare and would never communicate with a patient the way that Amy does. Ma’am, If you don’t like your job and can’t understand or exhibit the foundation of customer care and service, then please quit and go find something else to do—but being rude, nasty, and unprofessional to people just because you’re in a mood or having a bad day is absolutely unacceptable. This location needs to do better and Amy in Pharmacy needs to find a different career path.

I calle this pharmacy today to have a prescription for my cat transferred to the cvs closer to my house. The lady in the pharmacy I spoke with was super rude and said they (the other cvs needed to make this transfer) I explained they didn’t see anything in their system and told me to have this cvs call to transfer it. The lady sounded like this was an inconvenience to her. I suggest this cvs start hiring people with better customer service.

I like the store the problem is the(white male poofy hair) racist cashier. He always checks the money from blacks and latinos but never the white customers. He's been doing this for months and it's sick. I try to avoid him which in some cases I do. However I saw him not check a white woman's money but checked mine. He says it's nothing personal but he's lying. I suggest if you're not white to ask for another cashier. I'll edit his name once I go there and check his tag. Ask for a black or hispanic cashier if you see him.

If I could give them less than 1 star I would. Worst pharmacy staff I have ever encountered in my life. Unprofessional, rude, and not to mention completely unknowledgeable and incompetent pharmacists. I end up having to argue with with someone (usually one of the aforementioned pharmacists) for every single prescription I need to pick up. They may get their kicks from keeping patients from their much-needed medications, however I am less than amused. I am more than willing to drive an extra several miles out of my way to avoid this horrendous pharmacy and its' staff. I am appalled that these people are responsible in any way for anyones health.
