How this store (CVS-4250 Roswell Rd. Marietta) could have so few stars is mind boggling to me. I imagine that it is because it’s more common to post when an issue surfaces over posting when the service is great. This CVS is the BEST location in our opinion! The pharmacy does such a great job of filling our prescriptions (even when meds are back-ordered or we run into insurance issues). Even when they are busy… it doesn’t stop them from providing great customer service! From vaccines to meds… to late night front store visits… the kind and hard working staff at this CVS location (Pharmacists and front store staff) are top notch & we are so grateful! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ~Gina

This is the absolute slowest pharmacy I have ever been to. Was placed on hold for over 10 minutes, twice and when I went into the pharmacy only 1 person serving customers. They really need to organize things here and staff up. ~rodney

Pharmacy does their best while being overworked and beset by Karens and Kevins. I was here yesterday getting a presc filled for my 4 month old. They took the time to add flavoring to his oral meds so it wouldn't be bitter for him. Kelly, one of the other workers, consoled me when I was having an anxiety attack over my baby's coughing fit. ~Breanna

Awful awful awful! Had 4 prescriptions called in and it hasn't been made yet because they needed to verify personal info since it's my first time here. Snapped my head off when I asked when it would be ready since they're closing soon but maybe they could've alerted me or done anything for me to prepare for this? Staff is generally clueless too and line back the aisles the whole time despite 5-6 people behind the counter. Avoid! ~Seth

Niayah and Amya were awesome with bringing my groceries out. They even brought it to my attention that I can order my kids school supplies and not have to deal w people in the store!!! These two are a great asset!! ~Shadee

While there is sometimes a wait due to demand, the staffing shortage that every industry is going through and the fact that there’s always a rude customer causing a stink, the pharmacy techs and pharmacists have always been kind and efficient. They fill my dogs medication and are always in a good mood when I speak to them. Don’t wait until you are out of medication to refill your meds, it is not the pharmacy techs fault that you did not plan again and now have to wait. ~P
