This is the absolute slowest pharmacy I have ever been to. Was placed on hold for over 10 minutes, twice and when I went into the pharmacy only 1 person serving customers. They really need to organize things here and staff up.

Scheduled a covid test a week out since this was the earliest one available. I had to travel some distance to this location. Came for my appointment and was informed no one in the pharmacy could perform the covid test and told to come back at a later time. Very unprofessional. Filed a complaint with corporate.

Do not go to this store. SAM ALVADO is rude and very disrespectful to the customers we are in shock how he ever got the job where he has to interact with the customers. I understand the customers are numerous and the orders are many but his huffing and puffing because he has to carter to the orders and and his unnecessary attitude disqualifies him. 😌 lose the weight and have a better attitude 👌 or get a desk job.

I've now been on hold for 55 minutes trying to get my insurance info changed. This store has the rudest & laziest staff of any retail store. Ive completed my surveys for CVS bringing this situation to light for corporate several times. No one cares.

What happened to this store? I used to shop here regularly a year ago. The manager at the time was so friendly. He was professional and the store was always very neat and organized. I stopped to buy a product recently and the store is a disaster now. It was very dirty and disorganized, especially in the front where you pay for your merchandise. A black woman named Javon or something like that was very unprofessional, poorly dressed, and rude when ringing up my merchandise. She should not be working in customer service. I will NOT be shopping here in the future.

Is there a zero star option? Store was disorganized and the manager in the front was rude. Very poor customer service. I used to shop here about a year ago. It was great then but a disaster now. This is the closest CVS to where I live, but I will make a further drive for now and go to the east-west connector location.

Mr. Sam Alvarado was not very helpful today!! I understand your are busy but there is no need to give someone attitude when there Insurance doesn’t cover the meds, and you try using good rx. #nobueno making someone wait for over An hour and 15 mins when they already don’t feel good.

She glanced over at me every time I walked past an aisle she was suddenly working on. She never spoke my entire visit to the store. I finally left. She decided to walk out to her car to throw a piece of trash away. Word of advice to this manager; everyone doesn't steal. I'm a couponer and sometimes I visit stores to assess the sales. I sure won't be visiting this one anymore.
