I shop at other Publix stores and this was the first time shopping here. I did a curbside pickup, waited 15 mins, called and she said oh just come in. When I called the woman didn’t ask me my name or anything to try to find my order she just sat quiet for 5 mins before I asked for a manager. If I wanted to come in I wouldn’t had did a curbside. This is ridiculous I will never shop at this Publix I will go the other one near by and I’m writing corporate a letter.

It was very well organized and everything went so quickly. I regularly use the Chastain store as my primary pharmacy. Overall extremely pleased with Publix in general.
