This is one of WORST pharmacy you will ever visit. The way they look at you and way they treat you it seems that you are from a different PLANET. They make you feel uninvited. I wish I could give them negative ⭐. Stay AWAY from this pharmacy. I cannot believe this is COSTCO. Because I am huge COSTCO fan. I purchase most of the things at COSTCO, almost everything. This is my 2nd experience at this pharmacy. I went to this pharmacy 2 times and both the times I had BAD experiences. So please stay AWAY from this pharmacy inside COSTCO in DUNWOODY/SANDY SPRINGS.

I've been standing in line for 17 minutes and it's moved one person. The line is literally around two corners and down the side of the store where dog treats are. What an embarrassment for company that prides itself on its efficiency and customer service.

Had 230 appt for COVID shot signed in at 220 and 30 minutes later no sign of anyone to give the shot. No line no one else waiting. Asked pharmacists and he was like oh they will get to you. No offer to find them or tell them someone has been waiting over 30 minutes. Terrible customer service and why make an appointment if they can’t keep to a Schedule. I’ll go elsewhere next time and recommend you do too.

I realized that I had been being overcharged by this Costco pharmacy for months, and I was initially told by a pharmacy employee that my doctor was at fault for not writing my prescription specifically for generic medication. However, my doctor notified me that he had, in fact, been writing the prescription specifically for the generic medication the whole time. When I then questioned the Costco pharmacist, he didn't address the blatant lie I'd been told by the pharmacy employee, and simply said that because my insurance would only cover the brand medication, they were unilaterally filling it for the brand medication, even though it subsequently meant that I had to pay $20/month out-of-pocket more for it (even with insurance) than I would've for the generic medication (without insurance). When I then asked why the Costco pharmacy didn't proactively tell me that I was paying more for the brand than I would've for the generic, he said that they "have too many customers, and appropriately educating them all wouldn't be practical," literally verbatim. I couldn't believe what I'd just heard. Rather than argue with this clown about this pharmacy's ethics, I simply told him that I'd be taking my business to another pharmacy which puts their customers' best interests ahead of the pharmacy's convenience.

People that get prescriptions filled are usually not doing it because they want to so you would hope the people in any pharmacy would be compassionate and helpful. Not this pharmacy, the Pharmacist has yelled at me multiple times, the people in the pharmacy clearly know what I take medicine for and do all kinds of things to provoke me and cause me harm every time I go in. Who does this???? The only reason I am posting this review is because the management in the store who I have talked about this issue multiple times ignores me.

Good customer service and they have varieties of Medicines at the shelf and price is reasonable compared to other stores.

I wish the pharmacy had the same standards as Costco customer service. I went to drop my prescription but the tech told me it would be 10 mins. So I waited as rush hour started. Came back and there was system errors. So the customer was still waiting to check out. And a man with two boys were jumping along the yellow line as I sat and waited another 10 more minutes on top of the 15mins before rush hour. Then she starts calling the line instead! There's a line now!!? Forget that. My baby will have to wait until I can get back there again after the weekend rush to wait for the refill again...

Customer service people are far from being nice and courteous. I have been turned away even when there were 10 mins to closing. Same once at the photo center too. On another occasion, the lady at the customer service kept on telling me there is nothing like a Costco pay fob offered by Costco, even when I asked her to check with another associate.

I love this Costco but unfortunately the pharmacy is terrible. There is always a long wait with very few people to help check others out. The employees at the pharmacy counter are simply rude and unfriendly. I noticed this with the two people in front of me as well as it happened to me. Been going in for a while.
