Picked up a nail in one of my tires and tried multiple places on Roswell rd yesterday that all said they were too busy to help. Mr. Tire also said they were too busy the day of but offered to make me an appointment the next morning so I came and dropped my car off today. I was afraid because the nail punctured my tire in two places and another tire place told me I would probably need a new tire that I was going to end up spending for a new tire despite this one having quite a bit of tread left on it . All said and done it was 25 bucks to get the tire patched - they also did a full inspection of my car and didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need what a pleasant experience. Fitzgerald working the counter was professional, courteous and prompt and sent me on my way. This place just won a customer for life as long as every experience is this painless and easy.

Fitzgerald was amazing. This has by far been the best experience I’ve had at a shop. I came here for a second opinion because I had a nail in my tire and I was told by another shop that I needed a new tire because it couldn’t be repaired. Apparently the other shop had lied to me. Fitzgerald not only had the tire repaired, but he also checked out all out my tires and fixed a bad patch work the other shop did. When showing him my tires, he also instantly noticed I needed brakes. Which was something the previous shop had not told me at all. When I asked how long all of the work would take, he quoted me a time, and actually had my car done in the time that he said he would. Fitzgerald was extremely honest, and made sure that I was well taken care of. I will definitely come back to this location if I need any other work done.

I needed a tire patched and Mr Tire was more affordable than other places I looked at and was able to get me in same day. Fitz was very nice over the phone and very friendly when I came in. Very knowledgeable and didn’t try to talk me into anything. Excellent customer service and quick turnaround. Definitely recommend.

I got a call about 30 minutes after I left from the Assistant Manager Mr. Miles telling me the tire wasn’t leaking air! No need for a new tire. I so appreciated the honesty and will be back. What a nice first time customer experience!

It’s near a lot of other food buinesses so if u wait while they are working you can check out the area. I would definitely recommend! Customer service amazing. I’ve seen customers walk in and they have all been greeted with kindness and taken car of within a reasonable time span.

Came here for the first time with an assumption. Mike brought me into the shop and showed me the underside to see for myself, i really appreciate his honesty. He was so knowledgeable and did not take it upon himself to make up extra services "I didn't need". I actually had to ask him if he could check something I didn't ask them to initially. I have found my new service shop and would recommend them to anyone. Also Fitz works the desk and is the best. Has fresh coffee, clean waiting area, awesome music playing and is just a good hearted person. Thank you both for a great experience, I felt no stress or pressure and you were quick (unexpected bonus)!
