Picked up a nail in one of my tires and tried multiple places on Roswell rd yesterday that all said they were too busy to help. Mr. Tire also said they were too busy the day of but offered to make me an appointment the next morning so I came and dropped my car off today. I was afraid because the nail punctured my tire in two places and another tire place told me I would probably need a new tire that I was going to end up spending for a new tire despite this one having quite a bit of tread left on it . All said and done it was 25 bucks to get the tire patched - they also did a full inspection of my car and didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need what a pleasant experience. Fitzgerald working the counter was professional, courteous and prompt and sent me on my way. This place just won a customer for life as long as every experience is this painless and easy. ~Bavard

The people working in the pharmacy are undefeated at taking forever to get prescriptions ready. I don’t understand. Then they tell you whatever they want to make you happy but never have your medication ready at the time they say it will be. I have never experienced this in my life. It never fails. They have a million excuses then have the nerve to be rude and get smart with you when you are disgruntled after having to wait to get your prescriptions 16 hours after it was sent to the pharmacy. I’m switching to Kroger after this month. It’s absurd and they need to go. ~Travis

I shop at other Publix stores and this was the first time shopping here. I did a curbside pickup, waited 15 mins, called and she said oh just come in. When I called the woman didn’t ask me my name or anything to try to find my order she just sat quiet for 5 mins before I asked for a manager. If I wanted to come in I wouldn’t had did a curbside. This is ridiculous I will never shop at this Publix I will go the other one near by and I’m writing corporate a letter. ~Dashay

This is one of WORST pharmacy you will ever visit. The way they look at you and way they treat you it seems that you are from a different PLANET. They make you feel uninvited. I wish I could give them negative ⭐. Stay AWAY from this pharmacy. I cannot believe this is COSTCO. Because I am huge COSTCO fan. I purchase most of the things at COSTCO, almost everything. This is my 2nd experience at this pharmacy. I went to this pharmacy 2 times and both the times I had BAD experiences. So please stay AWAY from this pharmacy inside COSTCO in DUNWOODY/SANDY SPRINGS. ~PRINCE

I just had a neck fusion and unfortunately the pain medication that was prescribed to me is not working. My doctor prescribed me another medication that my pharmacy does not carry. I've called down to several pharmacies and when I got to this one the guy was very rude to me and Told me that he could not give me that information over the phone. Every other pharmacy I called told that they didn't have but this guy told me that I had to bring in the prescription just to find out if they have it. I've called 5 different Walgreens and they told me that they did not have it in stock and they would have to order it but the guy at this location was just rude and no compassion at all for the pain that I was in. I see why their reviews are not good. ~Fern

This is a Nice post office (USPS) for a change. It’s generally not crowded. The guy who is there is amazing. He always has a positive attitude. Says “have a glorious” day to everyone. Would give him 5stars alone. The lunch hours are strange so keep that in mind ~D

The store has a good selection of Mediterranean snacks, chocolates, cheese, frozen foods and more. I needed to purchase some chocolates for a charity event. The manger was helpful and provided some good options. They have a great selection of European chocolates at a much cheaper price than other commercial stores. The manger also offered to ship my items which he carefully packed in a ‘cooler bag’ to ensure they don’t melt in the summer heat. The hazelnut wafer chocolate was delicious. ~Nafiza

I had such a great experience at this location. Zach and Lawrence were both SO nice, patient, and helpful. They truly went above and beyond in making sure that I was able to get a good deal for my phone and were extremely knowledgeable and helpful in helping me make the correct decision for myself. I am so grateful for their patience with me as I am not the most up to date on technology, they both explained everything so well and had answers to ALL of my questions! I truly recommend this location and just wanted to complement all three of the gentlemen that work there! ~Jennifer
