I had such a great experience at this location. Zach and Lawrence were both SO nice, patient, and helpful. They truly went above and beyond in making sure that I was able to get a good deal for my phone and were extremely knowledgeable and helpful in helping me make the correct decision for myself. I am so grateful for their patience with me as I am not the most up to date on technology, they both explained everything so well and had answers to ALL of my questions! I truly recommend this location and just wanted to complement all three of the gentlemen that work there!

I've been fighting ATT to get internet installed all week, the manager of this particular store - Lawrence - was the most helpful person I could have come across. He went above and beyond to make sure that we got completely set up even when the technician didn't come on the day that they were supposed to come, and didn't give warning. The day after the technician no showed - I tried going to a different "corporate" ATT store and their manager tried to get ME to PAY 40$ to add a line to my phone! Lawrence at this location did the complete opposite and was going out of his way to see if he could get me a discount due to the technician not coming out. Lawrence deserves any and all recognition and reward for their help.

This is for Management, please contact your Corporate Office to have the A/C System fixed in your store. I think that it is horrible that you have your associates working in this type of environment. Yet alone to not have a fan, will they be treated like this for the summer? It's only a few weeks away. The young man that was scheduled to closed today was very nice but felt sorry for him because it was entirely too hot in there. Do better AT&T, please and Thank you!

Greg at this location is a gem! Greg patiently helped me over the phone in ordering the new iPhone. I called over five AT&T stores before calling this one and Greg offering to order the phone I was in search of for me. I am so grateful for his help. We spent about an hour on the phone sorting things up with AT&T Fraud Protection to verify my identity over the phone in order to place the order. Greg stayed on the line with me and provided updates and assurance that he was still there and that AT&T was experiencing long wait times. Greg was courteous, professional, funny and great to work with. Thank you, Greg! I can't wait for my new iPhone to arrive!

Lawrence was very helpful to me. At first I was the only one in the store and then two other customers came in. He handled my problem and no one had to wait a long time to explain their issues to him. He handled everyone in a professional manner. He was quite awesome!
