Internal prescription theft, systems down for days, acting manager not helpful, changing hours of pharmacy operation, pharmacist repeatedly saying a prescription was not called in when, in fact, I was later told it was... all of these things impacted me personally over the span of one year making it very hard to keep using this pharmacy. Trowbridge Walgreens not recommended!

I just had a neck fusion and unfortunately the pain medication that was prescribed to me is not working. My doctor prescribed me another medication that my pharmacy does not carry. I've called down to several pharmacies and when I got to this one the guy was very rude to me and Told me that he could not give me that information over the phone. Every other pharmacy I called told that they didn't have but this guy told me that I had to bring in the prescription just to find out if they have it. I've called 5 different Walgreens and they told me that they did not have it in stock and they would have to order it but the guy at this location was just rude and no compassion at all for the pain that I was in. I see why their reviews are not good.

Mia in the pharmacy was so rude! She went out of her way to ignore customers standing right in front of her. She answered multiple phones calls before she acknowledged any customers! Her nasty attitude was so unnecessary towards customers needing to get their meds. Please go somewhere if you can.

By far the rudest head pharmacist I have ever dealt with in my entire life. He even got loud with my 65 year old mother and 14 year old daughter. I will never go to this place again.

The guy who answers the phone at the pharmacy is ALWAYS incredibly rude. I get you are busy and just want to move on to the next thing, but you should have a basic sense of manners/professionalism when you have a job. Thankfully, I can move my prescriptions to the CVS right up the street where I'm not made to feel like a jerk for trying to refill a medication.

I came here to get a verification on my vaccine card. I heard conflicting information from this and another Walgreens branch, where the other branch insisted that the image form is in the system. It's fine if they disagree, but these employees were RUDE and condescending, particularly Jordan. They accused me of lying even though I was just conveying the information the other Walgreens employees were telling me. Additionally, these pharmacists straight up admitted that their manager told them to "make up information" when I came back. Not professional at all. Agree with the majority one star reviews that state there's horrible customer service at the pharmacy. Also, the Walgreens on Old Alabama was able to fill out the form that these employees refused to.

This is my local Walgreens they usually have the quick items I need from dog food to make up. They could use more trained staff/cashiers but the ones they have are friendly The pharmacy portion is great they keep the line moving and prescriptions are usually ready within the hour

I come here every day and everyone has been great but Moises ruined my entire experience coming here. Didn't appreciate the customer service he barely acknowledged my existence. One guy ahead of me was waiting in line forever and he nonchalantly told him he had to go to another department. Like I said everyone else is amazing which is why I give this 3 stars and not 0.
