This and That is a more home improvement/construction focused Urban Ore. They have the best prices on windows, construction materials, used appliances, prehung doors, new and used. Their team of guys are always super helpful and they speak Spanish/ hablan español. The prices are always very fair, I will always check with them first.

Loads or doors, skylights, sinks, cabinets, masonry, and anything else you might need on your next building project. Outdoor selection has well maintained tubs, washer/dryers, and all kinds of glass doors and windows. Since they buy and sell, the inventory is always changing. Great place, it's my go-to for building materials before going to a big box store.
