I made the mistake of choosing this pharmacy when i moved to the area. Every single time i try to fill a prescription, there's an issue. They are sloppy with their app inputs, they take absolutely forever to fill anything, they're completely unhelpful. Definitely makes publix look bad.

The people working in the pharmacy are undefeated at taking forever to get prescriptions ready. I don’t understand. Then they tell you whatever they want to make you happy but never have your medication ready at the time they say it will be. I have never experienced this in my life. It never fails. They have a million excuses then have the nerve to be rude and get smart with you when you are disgruntled after having to wait to get your prescriptions 16 hours after it was sent to the pharmacy. I’m switching to Kroger after this month. It’s absurd and they need to go.

Every time I have a prescription sent to this pharmacy, they are always behind or claim to be understaffed. If I'm lucky, they have the prescription ready 12 hours after they receive it, at the EARLIEST. My son had an allergic reaction to something and it took them forever to get his prescription prepared. He was miserable but we had to wait for them to get their mess together. This is absolutely unacceptable and I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt that this was a one time incident, however, it is clear that this is an ongoing issue that Publix should really try to resolve asap.

They are absolutely terrible. EVERY TIME I go there it's always an issue or backed up. They told me I would have my prescription in 30min and I waited an hour and 15min. When I asked how much longer at the 1hour mark the pharmacist had an attitude and said "it's not ready". Hate it there. Never going back

First and last time visiting this Public Pharmacy. The black lady with the glasses is the most unfriendly, boarder-line makes it clear she hates her job and quite possibly her life to look and be as miserable she was to customers. If you hate your job, find a new one wnd stop spreading your misery. Gheez

Not only did it take forever, the guy (jay) working at the pharmacy had his mask under his nose the entire time. It’s backwards and horrifying to think someone in the medical field wouldn’t understand how masks work or care enough to wear one correctly. Especially with the amount of elderly folks that likely stop by.

Sat on hold for twenty minutes to see if my medication was ready because they said it should be filled by 5:30 and I should receive a text.(I called at 6:34 and never received the text). When they finally answered. She told me it would be ready at 8 and had an attitude. Never going there again.

One of the four medicines that my wife was prescribed for flu worked out to 110 bucks post insurance (yes, 110 bucks for flu medicine - go figure). I changed my mind after getting everything billed and requested the department manager (Ariel Campbell) to suggest alternatives. Not only was she incredibly helpful and accommodating, she offered to call the doc and get the prescription changed on my behalf. Amazing customer service.

I have been using this pharmacy for about 3 years now. I have seen both sides- as a patient and through a doctor's office to call/send in prescriptions. As a patient who uses this pharmacy, I have seen them go above and beyond for me. I'll give you an example. Last week I wanted to pick up my medication but was told that it was on backorder for at least a month. Without even having to request it, the technician searched for any Publix nearby that might have it. She asked how many I had to make sure I had enough for that day and the next day (this particular medication cannot skip dosages- I did have enough). She started talking to the pharmacist about what they could do to get me my medication. She then told me that she was going to drive to another Publix pharmacy to get me that medication and that it would be there waiting for me the next day after work. I did not request any of this and was amazed that they cared enough to make such an effort to make my life easier. When calling in prescriptions for patients, trying to find a medication for patients that is covered is not always easy, and this pharmacy was always willing to help me find an affordable medication. I wish I could say all of them are, but this is a rare find nowadays. Most don't have the time to work with you, but this pharmacy has on several occasions. This pharmacy goes above and beyond to make sure patients get the medicines they need. Period.
