The head pharmacist was unable to tell me the price of my daughter’s prescription in advance. I showed up to the drive through and met another pharmacist with an attitude that told me I’d have to pay $150. I asked him if the price included my Good Rx card and he said yes. I thanked him for his time and he didn’t even bother responding. When I looked the medicine up later I saw that I could have purchased it with a free coupon for only $44.81. Now I’ll have to wait until tomorrow morning (as it’s Sunday evening) and purchase it elsewhere . All because of a lack of initiative from people who are supposed to have our best interest in mind.

I was just there. The worst customer service experience ever. I got a couple groceries for my break, I went to the line in order to pay and the cashier named Laura (i guess) walked away and started talking to her manager I guess. I was waiting right at the front desk to pay for my groceries and leave. I had to wait until they finish their conversation so I could pay and keep going. When the cashier lady came to me she didn’t even say welcome or apologize for the wait. She said nothing just keep talking to her coworker or manager and charged me. I said thanks after all and she didnt even say you are welcome, have a good day or a simple bye. Need to retrain manager and staff.

This is Maria Bouzo an employee of this Walgreens who every time I or my mother have gone to this Walgreens during the pandemic has been with her face mask completely off and under her chin. I don’t understand how Walgreens promotes a safe place to shop in with employees who refuse to follow State and Government mandated mask coverage. ON TOP OF THAT, each time we have nice asked her to put her mask up she’s responded in a condensing manner like if we are the ones with the problem. This last time she was even refusing to finish the sale until I photographed her. Why bother to deal with this type of service when I’ve been going to this Walgreens since it opened, when I can easily go to the CVS in the corner, save more money, be treated better and furthermore be safe. - here you can see a photo of her trying to put the mask back on when she saw I was taking a photo to report her-

Went to this location to buy a gift card and a birthday card. Cashier was not wearing her mask correctly had it down by her chin and was eating while helping customer. There’s was a line and she wasn’t even paying attention to the people she’s attending. Upon getting to the register she had her name badge flipped so you couldn’t see the name. 10/3/20 around 2:30 pm.

I’m only making this post for Jeanette (I hope I’m writing her name correctly, if not I’m sorry but you know who you are) she was so patient and amazing with us. We went for our passport photos and I had to take my 2 year old for her pictures and you already know that’s not easy. Jeanette was amazing and patient, I thank her so much for being so kind to us and accepting my 2 year old demon. She deserves a raise tbh. Other than that, clean and nice store.

Usually the store area is pretty good, but the pharmacy is horrible. Doctors call prescription and after many hours you go pick them up and they never have them ready. My husband's dr called 7 hrs ago to prescribe a medication and when my husband went now to pick up they didn't have it. While my husband was talking on the phone with the dr they still didn't fill it because they were closing and couldn't give him the medication today. Absolutely ridiculous and is not the first time. Definitely time to change pharmacy.

Tried calling to ask a simple question about photos. They sent me back and forth between the pharmacy and the front counter a bunch of times. A good 15-20 minutes to ask a simple question: if I could get a digital print of my passport photo or not. The answer is no, by the way. Also forget about trying to communicate in English. Good thing I’m Latin and can speak Spanish otherwise I’d never get an answer for sure.
