Worst service there is waited 45 mins to just pick up my photo after i ordered and paid online. Horrible customer service. Completely ignored by the ladies in the front and one walked away when I asked to pick it up order while the other continued to ignore me.

The worst and most incompetent pharmacy that exists. The pharmacy staff is horrible with no education. there are always horrible lines to pick up the medicine and they take hours to answer the phone.

Please put in that pharmacy, trained people WHO KNOW HOW TO TREAT CONSUMERS, WE ARE NOT IN CUBA; NOT IN NORTH KOREA, there the waits in the pharmacies are long, the staff that answers the phone IS AWFUL, THE WORST OF THE WORST.

If I can give less than one I would, very unprofessional, the person how answers the phone just hang up the on my. Why ? Just because I ask her about delivery, I know everyplace is under staffing, but this is unacceptable.

The location is very convenient for me, but the staff could be nicer and more helpful. Also, they don't have enough employees for the amount of customers that go there, always long lines, too much waiting time, in front of the store, and at the pharmacy.

They don’t know how to use a phone to answer customers. This pharmacy is non existent. Show up for prescription meds that they don’t carry. You wouldn’t be able to know ahead of time, because either they don’t have phones in there; or they just don’t bother answering. Took Uber. Went to Walgreens, Navarro and then this pharmacy. Just called my mom and told her to hang up. She was still on hold!
