I was just at this location for a COVID-19 test, and the woman working the drive through pharmacy was extremely rude when i told her i didn't have insurance. she insisted the test was going to cost $128 which is absolutely ridiculous. she kept asking for my insurance card even after i told her i didn't have any, and then eventually basically told me that they couldn't do anything for me. there was no kindness, no understanding, and it was the least helpful interaction i have ever had at a pharmacy in my life. working on customer service skills and empathy will go an incredibly long way in making sure people don't leave your store having themselves for something that have no control over.

I understand being short-staffed and someone new training, but please at least acknowledge someone in the drive thru with a nod and a smile. After she walked by without acknowledging me I decided to go inside and was told my prescription was filled at the Shallowford Rd location even though the app said ready at this location. Of course it was not at Shallowford. Customer service has really gone downhill the past few months at this pharmacy. If nothing else smile and acknowledge your customers to let them know you see them and at least pretend to care, don't keep your head down. Due to their contract with my insurance company for one of my meds I can't leave Walgreens without paying a ridiculous amount for that script. Will be moving my meds to a different location.

Signed up for a RAPID COVID TEST (specified on the website: results in an hour after taking the test) drive 45 minutes out there to be told "results within 24 hours." I call the store a few hours later to ask an update on the results to be told "if you don't get them by 6, call us" and get hung up on. Never seen such rude customer service. Whoever the manager is of this establishment is a failure.

This store is very organized and clean. The staff is knowledgable, courteous and helpful. I know this because I have shopped there for several years and get my annual flu shot there. You can count on Walgreens being open even when everything else is closed. This store and staff deserve so much more credit than they get. They are dependable and consistent and the community is fortunate to have them closeby.

I'm not a very regular customer but have popped in over the years and service was fine though not fast. I quit buying milk as it seem to go bad before expiration date but they would replace it. My issue now is a safety issue in that their bushes around their main sign have gotten so big that they block the view of traffic on the nearby road (Waterfront). The speed is 45 here and you need a clear line of sight even with a stop light and shouldn't have to stick your nose into traffic to do that. I talked with the manager about it and being nothing has improved in over two weeks I'm presuming they don't care about safety of their customers or nearby residences.

I understand it’s flu season and it’s a hard time to be in the pharmacy but when I am standing at the desk and I’m told the assistant “hasn’t gotten to take her 15 today” it’s a little infuriating. Im giving 2 stars because rest of the store is great, the pharmacy needs some SERIOUS help.

This store is very organized and clean. The staff is knowledgable, courteous and helpful. I know this because I have shopped there for several years and get my annual flu shot there. You can count on Walgreens being open even when everything else is closed. This store and staff deserve so much more credit than they get.
