Don’t use this Walgreens Quick Care location. 10/10 would NOT recommend. Despite having insurance, and them being in network, they will bill you incorrectly.

I was there earlier this afternoon, a very sweet and energetic Lady Tahrima take her time to find my stuffs even though she needed to go back and forth to helping other…. Amazing Customer Service Ever in WALGREENS!!! You need more employees like her

The phone lines are horrible doesn't matter what time you call. You will be on hold for an hour and I am calling from a Doctors Office. I don't understand. They put you on hold and the phone rings than they put you back on hold. Don't say anything. Hate calling this Pharmacy. Can't leave a voice mail either cause they will say they didn't receive it.

The pharmacy is terribly understaffed. Trying to get anyone on the phone is almost always at least a 20 minute wait. They repeatedly pick up and put you back on hold without saying anything.

The lady at the front desk register checking customers out was very rude. Older lady. She was not nice at all to me or the old lady in front of me. Barely made eye contact, didn’t even say have a good day or how are you. If you’re miserable please find another job. Thank you for coming to my Ted talk 👌🏼

Someone shouldn't need to wait on hold 20 minutes to talk with the pharmacy staff. They probably picked the phone up and put it back on hold 12 times without saying anything. It's almost like they're avoiding the phone call.

I saw Lillian Nahaddya today. She was very thorough and checked my doctor visit history with Walgreens Piedmont, and she did an examination and a rapid strep test and a test for mono. Thankfully I am not contagious and I'm sorry to the person that I made you late this morning for your appointment. Lillian is great, and she cares! I recommend her to everyone!

I give ONE STAR to the pharmacy specifically (I added an additional for the sweet tech Diamond who was very helpful). The Pharmacist (African woman), assisted me a few days ago trying to get a few prescriptions filled. She verified my information, asked when I would like to pick up (same day-yes). Before I left I made it a point to ask, how much each prescription would be due to me not having health insurance. Her reply was "Ugh, I can look it up really quick but its not going to be that much." I told her it was fine and that I would be back in an hour to pick up due to long drive thru line wrapped around the building. I wasnt able to make it back the same day and showed the next day. Diamond assisted me and confirmed one prescription would be $65.00 and the other would be $30.00. I immediately snap back and explain to her what the other pharmacist told me "that it wouldnt be that much." Diamond was sweet and tried to assist me as best she could. She signed me up for some type of rewards so that I would save on the prescriptions. I was appreciative and accepted the offer. My issue is not everyone has a lot of money right now, especially myself due to the pandemic. If I ask you to verify an amount, then thats what I expect. I should not have to feel like I have to rush my service because there's a line of people waiting. I will use Publix pharmacy for future. They ALWAYS offer exceptional service!

I have asked 4 times for a prescription to be refilled correctly, and here I am having to call about it for the fifth time. I’ve been on hold for 10 minutes so far and haven’t spoken to anyone. This pharmacy is nothing but an inconvenience.
