Niayah and Amya were awesome with bringing my groceries out. They even brought it to my attention that I can order my kids school supplies and not have to deal w people in the store!!! These two are a great asset!!

I am editing my review from a 1 to a 3 star because I have seen some positive changes over the last month. I had a great experience with the drive up pick up. That said there is not enough information on line as to how the drive up works and it is easy to confuse with "express pickup" so it causes confusion. Express pick up is totally ineffective primarily because you still have to come in the store and wait in line and 2 because due to really bad of cell based internet in the store you would have to use the stores public wi-fi connection risking putting your credit and health information onto a public easily viewable connection. I also still have issues with them trying to fill as needed prescriptions that I have not requested.

Best Customer Service I have ever experienced at a Walmart! Mshirley, yes, Mshirley, was the most friendly and helpful associate I have ever had the pleasure working with. We were looking for a TV for a specific price that we saw online. Although they didn't have that TV, she went in the back to look for one at that price point and even came back out to scan other floor models. Luckily, we found one and she was so darn sweet. The people that are nice to deal with there are very easygoing and relaxed even though they're very busy in there and you can't blame him for wanting you to get gone because of how many people that deal with and you can only imagine to the demeanor of some of the people.there's always somebody in there griping about something but it's not their fault they can't help the way the system works. Other than that it's a Walmart pharmacy if you don't mind going into Walmart or going to the drive-through you're all right

Not too crowded. Not a long wait in line. Pharmacy staff helpful and friendly. Prescriptions filled quickly. Smaller women's department than other WalMarts. Employees asked if I needed help then went with me to help find what I was looking for.

Horrible customer service, gave the girl my info and she told me that thare was no Rx for me. After spending time on the phone with my doctors office it was called in at 1030 this was at 230. Had to tell her that the office has a conformation number. Then suddenly its here! Typed in a bag ready to go. Did not check the back.

I've never been to a pharmacy with such terrible customer service, most pharmacies are so nice. Additionally they lied and told me that one of their store policies was a State law -- I called them on it and they finally admitted it was just Walmart policy, but now makes me unsure if I can trust anything they say. I will never get a prescription filled here again.
