Everything that people have already complained about in these reviews is accurate. I’ve personally experienced the 45 min hold times that end up w disconnects. Staff is untrained and useless. The pharmacist gave me incorrect information about Covid boosters. I plan on staying as far away as possible. I know Corporate will never do anything about their problems so aptly expressed in the reviews. That’s why CVS, and especially PUBLIX will be my go-to pharmacies from now on. Walgreens is shameful.

So this happened at Walgreens in boca snd I’m trying to reach a representative to communicate the issue as it’s repercussions could be dangerous should this happen again to someone else I went in for an antibiotic ointment. I have an allergy to a family of ingredients. I read through labels and picked something up that seemed to that it might possibly be an alternative. But since my pharmacology degree got lost in the mail I headed to the pharmacy counter for a consult. Now I get that everyone is Covid busy I went to the correct counter. Was greeted rudely by a staff person. ( don’t know if it was the Pharmasist or not). She abruptly told me no consults. You have tp go on line I pulled out my phone and googled alternatives. ( dr internet… I was actually directed to dr internet) What I purchased popped up in the search as an alternative. I did say in my search if allergic… but that’s not important here ) Well unbeknownst to me the product ingredient was in deed in the family of what I’m allergic to and consequently I had an allergic reaction .. a quite uncomfortable allergic reaction. This to me is a significant and concerning issue. What if the reaction had been more serious or if it happened to someone else with a more serious outcome. ..?? I tried calling them today but the amount of times I was placed on hold was unacceptable. Wondering if there is a way to tag or forward this to Walgreens as I feel it shoujd be presented

I am a physician and need to resolve an issue with a pharmacy needing a document. Every time I call the corporate office I get placed on hold for an extended period of time. The same thing happens when I call back the pharmacy #3525 that tried reaching me earlier today. A fax number is not published. If it were it could quickly solve the problem. This is substandard customer care as my patient is not able to get his medication until this matter is resolved.

I have been a Walgreens loyal customer at this location (where my child also works) ever since o can remember. But I just had a very bad experience. My child works for Walgreens 770 W 29th Street Hialeah Fl 33012. I called my child’s cell phone last night as he gets picked up by me I had to let him know I may be a bit late. Now mind you we have too elderly at home as well and anything can happen at any time. Well his supervisor MADAY reprimanded him for taking my call!!! May I also say that since I shop there so often I always see her talking on her cell phone with her husband and possible others giving them instructions on her baby’s care and other conversations as well! SO EXCUSE ME!!!!??? My son can’t take a quick call about his pick up time but she can have full blown conversations whenever she wants that are not work related! JUST NOT RIGHT! We all have lives and during these hard times we are all in we should stay connected with our loved ones because you never know what can happen!

Why bother to make an appointment online when Walgreens takes "first come first serve". My wife and I made an appointment and got there way ahead of time. We had a doctor's appointment after that but was late because of this rude store. Laura the pharmacist told us we would be next but then she took 3 people ahead of us who didn't have any appointments, after telling us we would be before them because we made our appointments weeks ago. This doesn't make any sense. We will not be going back to this store for anything. It was Walgreens on Sumter blvd in North Port FL if you care to know. We will now be going to CVS where they treat you with respect and follow there own rules. Corporate management if you care will DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS.

Horrible experiences!! Phone system has been down in Jupiter Florida for a week therefore no meds can be called in!!! So frustrating dealing with Pharmacy. They just give clients attitude about it. They say it’s not their problem. Wow!!! Telling clients phone system should be fixed by August 10th. How is this possible. When you call corporate office there system says it has higher then normal calls volume. No joke!! Their system is down too!!!! So ridiculous!!

This store had collected $635 they seen the transaction but because it was august 3rd they could return my money and corporate Walgreens never did anything they just kept putting it off and manager of store never got in contact with me and I have been fighting cancer to years that deposit on the card was to pay for my payment prior to surgery among leaving this review that everyone needs to know among that I forwarded all receipts to better business department sent a certified letter to the governors office along with my cancer advocate helped me with a lawyer to sue for medical distress. I have proof that this Walgreens has very ghetto and thefts that work here starting from manager position Walgreens corporate is also to blame if this happen to anyone else jump on my lawyer wagon and stop these big Corporations stealing from the sick.

Entire family both extended an immediate Walgreens customers for over 100 years. Cfo of Walgreens states on CNN that Walgreens is having no problem with COVID-19 vaccination. All local Walgreens store locations know nothing of the status of the vaccine and yet this CFO of Walgreens gets on TV and I guess for advertisement purposes states that you can get your vaccination through Walgreens which is The most egregious pre-fabrication fraud that I can think of in this pandemic. I have gone to website and was unable to book appointment and all phone numbers are in accessible to anyone so I am left with hoping this may find someone and will continue to expose Fraudulent claim of COVID-19 vaccinations by the CFO.

I never had a problem w Walgreens till I had to move to help my elderly mother in W *Hialeah. I've been a customer for at least 35 yrs, even in Boston. Recently, Everytime I try to get 2 of my medications that r called in (Corvid) I get harassed, lied to [Hialeah W68st] They claim not to have my meds & even told me to go to another pharmacy. That is unbelievable, beyond unprofessional ! Yes, there r many pharmacy's & clearly you people can afford to loose a 35 yr customer. I have been patient but, if, I keep on being abused & not receiving my medications of many years (22yrs) I will find another pharmacy & tell all my clients about this Hialeah W68st pharmacy !! Try being professional & maybe even compassionate
