Not sure what's going on with this store. Looks like it's going out of business or something. I went in looking for a guitar and there was a pretty small selection. Nobody seemed interested in talking to customers. I didn't have a bad experience per se... Just not a good one. So, I headed to the closest GC and was able to get a good deal on an amp and guitar. I just moved down to FL from Boston so maybe I'm spoiled. I might try again in a few months.

Luis answered all my questions and was extremely helpful assisting me in getting the piece of equipment I was looking for. This sales specialist was very friendly and courteous. I even had to go back to the store and he assisted me in setting up the microphone to the speaker. Very satisfied every time I was out of Sam Ash at the Miami Lakes location!

The worst experience ever. Poor customer service, bad attitude and rudeness is what I experienced at Sam Ash Hialeah because I was completely unlucky, the store man was studying piano guys! And he didn't pay attention to the customers at all. Besides showing a full ignorance about the products and components was 100% arrogant, like he was doing me a favor. Guys, don't go to Sam Ash Hialeah, is like traveling back to the communist stores in Havana where you mean nothing. If you enjoy being ignored and treated like s...., Sam Ash Hialeah is the best place to go.

I'm a long time customer of Sam Ash and love spending time in their store. Most recently, I visited with my father, a sax student. We picked up the second hand saxophone he recently purchased from Japan and which needed a fair amount of repair. What great service! The older gentleman who helped my father explained the work he did and you could see the expertise in his work. Im a long time and current Sam Ash customer.
