Everything that people have already complained about in these reviews is accurate. I’ve personally experienced the 45 min hold times that end up w disconnects. Staff is untrained and useless. The pharmacist gave me incorrect information about Covid boosters. I plan on staying as far away as possible. I know Corporate will never do anything about their problems so aptly expressed in the reviews. That’s why CVS, and especially PUBLIX will be my go-to pharmacies from now on. Walgreens is shameful. ~Melinda

Wow. What an absolute s*** experience this has been. Where do I start? They didn't have a common medication in stock. They didn't help me transfer my medication to another pharmacy. They took 3 days to pick up the phone when I had another pharmacy call them to have my medication transferred. You guys should be embarrassed of yourself. ~Tilde

Great experience with Luis i have visited the store several times throughout two years to buy dj equipment and to buy a microphone, and Luis has been exceptional, this guy is a professional in customer service and really wants to help you out. Every time I visit this bank the waiting is excessive. I never mind it because in my experience all banks take long to attend customers so I’m used to it. But the last time I visited to they could print out my card I was there for two hours and left with nothing. Apparently the printer was not working. One of the representatives ( the Dominican one) took a paper that had my social security number written on it and placed it inside his drawer, thankfully I saw him and asked him to give me it but if I wouldn’t have seen it god knows what he would’ve done with it. I do not recommend visiting this branch, not all representatives are as unprofessional as the dominican one but you never know who’s going to attend you so I believe is better to just avoid that bank altogether. ~Samantha
