Best business banking service in Miami Lakes, Florida (FL) 2024

Every time I visit this bank the waiting is excessive. I never mind it because in my experience all banks take long to attend customers so I’m used to it. But the last time I visited to they could print out my card I was there for two hours and left with nothing. Apparently the printer was not working. One of the representatives ( the Dominican one) took a paper that had my social security number written on it and placed it inside his drawer, thankfully I saw him and asked him to give me it but if I wouldn’t have seen it god knows what he would’ve done with it. I do not recommend visiting this branch, not all representatives are as unprofessional as the dominican one but you never know who’s going to attend you so I believe is better to just avoid that bank altogether. ~Samantha
