Pharmacy does their best while being overworked and beset by Karens and Kevins. I was here yesterday getting a presc filled for my 4 month old. They took the time to add flavoring to his oral meds so it wouldn't be bitter for him. Kelly, one of the other workers, consoled me when I was having an anxiety attack over my baby's coughing fit.

I have dealt with her on two separate occasions and she went out of her way to help and assure me. This is so important when you are dealing with sometimes confusing and complicated questions. Was rushing to get there for some medical stuff that was very needed, arrived at 8:55 p.m. with the doors shut. I understand it's frustrating to have people come in at the last minute but if you say you're going to stay open until 9:00 p.m. don't close at 8:55, it's just lazy and rude.

The pharmacist and other people were great today, working hard. Came in for a vaccine and the nurse wa super super sweet. There was someone who was being horribly loud and cursing at them though, and I do feel bad for them. He was causing a scene without any regard to the other people around even after they tried to help, and to that I say: keep up the great work, CVS! Y’all don’t need that negativity in there.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever done business with. The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. They turned me away multiple times with no options about my fertility drugs as I was begging them to help me figure out an affordable option to fill my RX. It was a pretty big issue because these particular medications were helping keep my pregnancy viable. I work in the medical field and understand the increased demand of the job, especially during the pandemic. However, I haven’t lost my compassion for patients. You never know what battle someone is going through. I will be transferring my prescriptions to the Publix pharmacy not far from this location. I have had a couple of interactions with them and they have shown me much more grace.

Dawanna Cuyler. Awful. Legitimately, absolutely awful customer service as the head pharmacist. I've been through the same experience multiple times at this particular CVS and could write a book, but I'll keep it short for the sake of the review...I went to pickup my wife's estrogen patches (yes, the ones that are vital to the life of our baby growing inside of her) and the new pharmacist, Dawanna Cuyler, told me I could not pick them up until next week. No explanation, just "she can't pickup until next week". My wife called and complained and Dawanna told her it had to do with insurance. We don't use our insurance bc GoodRx is cheaper for this particular prescription. I went back and mentioned to Dawanna in a friendly manner "you know if you would have just told me it had to do with insurance, we wouldn't have had any issues"...expecting maybe a smile, or "I'm sorry" or "you're right, I should've mentioned that". Nope. Instead I got "Oh I did tell you that you just weren't listening". I disagreed with her and she hung up the drive thru phone, so I walked inside. She said she would not acknowledge my request or fill my prescription because I was talking to her rudely (remember what the prescription is for again). Eventually I went and got the manager, Kelly, who was actually pleasant, and Kelly had to go behind the pharmacy counter to retrieve the prescription, which was sitting on top of the counter ready to go the whole time. The condescending tone Dawanna used towards me was embarrassing and disappointing as a long-term customer of CVS. This particular location has seen a rotation of at least 4 different pharmacists and they have all provided similar customer experiences to the one that Dawanna served to me. We will be taking our business elsewhere, even if we have to drive across town. It is so unfortunate to see this new, young generation coming into the workforce with absolutely no idea what the word empathy means, and no regard whatsoever for customer service.

The pharmacist made up a law and certification, my Dr called him out. The pharmacist might have flagged me cause no pharmacy in the are would fill it after that. A week. A week of calling corporate cvs, asking for area leadership to rectify the situation. Nothing. I have a deadly disease and this drug is one of the only ways I get any sort of relief. I ended up going to the hospital because they never filled it. Leadership never reached out to me. Thanks cvs. You're not Drs, deal with it. Follow Drs orders and fill scripts that's your job. Nothing else. You sent me to the hospital because of a pharmacist ego. That's it

Was trying to explain what I needed help with and I was cut off by the employee saying, with an attitude might I add, “well I can’t help you if I don’t know your name.” Was called “childish” by the employee under her breath after I told her after my birthday and that I simply could not take my phone off speaker phone because that’s how my phone works. Cannot believe an employee would treat a customer like this, I used to favor CVS over other drugstores. This has put them in a much different light. You can bet I will be making a call to corporate.
