I limped into the shop unannounced in the middle of a long road trip and the technician got me back on the road in just a few hours. I was shown the problems on the car and given options to fix the issues at competitive price points. I wish my mechanic at home was this great!

Extremely friendly staff. Usually take my truck to dealer. I will be going here for now on. I was in and out in like 20 mins. They didn’t try to upsell me a bunch of stuff I don’t need.

Eh, took longer than expected to change my oil, I don't think they inspected anything else, and on their checklist they said that I declined somethings like wipers and something else but they never asked. Probably won't go back

I stopped by to have my tire pressure checked and Scott was amazing! He was super helpful, professional and friendly. He refused the tip that I offered him and was gracious about it. I hope all the employees are like Scott!

Went here for an oil change and was told that my car had a leak because of a broken water pump. They offered to fix it right away for $700. I declined and took my car to the place I normally go when my car has issues and found out there is absolutely nothing wrong with my car! I’m so glad I was smart enough to get a second opinion but I hate to think of how many unsuspecting people have been taken advantage of by this company. They told me I had a $700 issue when there was literally nothing wrong with my car. Absolutely despicable. I’m going to be filing a formal government complaint about this. Don’t come here if you don’t want to be scammed out of your money.

I have been going here for 10+ years and the place ALWAYS has a smile to it! They have always made me feel they were "the Honest Ab.." in my car care!!! They are hard workers and definitely earn a thank you's, smiles back, and most of all their pay check. Give them your business once, you can't go wrong. You will return.

After getting an oil change all the oil drained out onto my driveway over night. When calling them to tell them something is wrong they said there was a lot of oil build up which was causing the huge puddle. They ended up towing my car to the shop to fix what they didn’t finish. Their only response was that They didn’t charge me to fix what they messed up. This is the second time I’ve had this happen with express. The first time was at the Woodstock location. Definitely won’t be returning. They also should investigate how their managers are handling when mistakes like this happen.

I always use Express Oil Change and I have an oil change subscription with my dealership; however for fast, accurate and professional service I choose Express Oil Change over any other - my preference. At this particular location I used their online scheduling service to schedule an appointment for a tire rotation and oil change. I arrive and waited for 5min (expected with my additional services outside of an oil change) and got in and out in under 40min. Gary greeted me and pointed me into the bay for my service where I was greeted by Jamal (my service technician ). I had a few questions in regards to battery options and he inspected my vehicle, called over CJ who gave me a fair assessment and referral of the service I was looking for to be completed and they proceed with my oil change in under 10min , as they advertise, and completed the tire rotation. They even followed up on my initial request to make sure my questions were answered before checking out. I absolutely love great customer service and this is exactly what EOC spears during my visit Toast. Services: Oil change, Tire rotations
