Stopped by with a question and had planned to have a window repair done. Person that came out to assist was VERY condescending, maybe because I'm female. Regardless, the question must not have been too ridiculous as I went elsewhere and presented my question, received a quote...had my repair done and left committed to be a repeat customer in the future. Why...because customers pay money to be treated with respect.

Led me on for nearly two months. I requested to have mobile service come out and replace my windshield in December 2021, and was scheduled for Jan 6 2022. I waited, nobody showed up, then I got a call saying they had to order clips. I waited another MONTH, called, still nothing. I then called AGAIN today, and was suddenly told my glass somehow isn't in their inventory and that they can't even get the glass now. My car has been sitting without a windshield for nearly two months because I was constantly reassured they would be able to provide me service. If the glass wasn't available, they could've just told me two months ago and saved me the hassle. Now I'm stuck with no option but to get rid of the car.

I dropped my car off because my passenger window would not go up. I thought it was the motor. I was charged $85 for labor and the window was not repaired. My husband was upset because he said Tarheel Auto got over on me. My husband said he probably pulled the window up with his hands. I spoke with Rodney and I asked him how did he get the window up. Rodney said it was a little secret. I asked him did he pull it up with his hand and he said sorta. I asked him how much do you charge for labor. He said $85 a hour. I don't mind paying the bill but I paid $85 dollars for nothing.

The inspection was very efficient and the price was great. I went there last year and will likely come again. Just please wear a mask and especially when in someone else's car.

I've been bringing my vehicles to get inspected here for over 10 years. They are always so pleasant to deal with and they always manage to squeeze me in no matter what time of day. Cannot say enough good things about the people at Tarheel Auto Glass. Fantastic customer service!!
