Just had my 2020 Ford Raptor Tinted using this business. I called multiple companies and they by far had the best customer service & knowledge when it comes to tinting windows. Installation was great, they actually came to my place of business and tinted it for me..."who does that!!"" I inspected the work after completion and it was perfect and met my very high expectations. I would absolutely recommend this business & plan on using them on my other vehicles in the near future.

DO NOT HAVE YOUR WINDOWS TINTED AT THIS BUSINESS!!! I too had been told that they were the place to go. I had brand new car that was only two days old done here. I have bubbles everywhere in the tint. I called them and they all but tried to talk me out of fixing the problem. I have dirt and debris under the tint. She was EXTREMELY rude!! She did offer my money back after I explained to her that I am a business owner and would never talk to my customers the way she talked to me! I will not be going to get my money back. It was never about getting my money back, it was about fixing their mistake. I don't know how someone can run a business with the attitudes that they have!

I got my SUV tinted several months back and wanted to wait to review Mike and Miranda until after I had some time to see how the tint set. I am thoroughly happy with Michael's work but even more impressed with his customer service, attention to detail and perfectionist mentality. Michael applied some really hard-to-work with 3M Crystalline material on my windows and if anyone of the panels did not come out right the first time, he stripped it off and applied a new layer of tint. I didn't even have to ask. He showed me the issues and said that he was not happy and knew that I would not be happy so he took the extra time and efforts to get it right. The SUV came out beautiful. Also, Miranda coordinated/scheduled the tint job with me and she was extremely courteous and professional, always communicating updates through phone calls or text messages. My overall experience was GREAT and I would highly recommend these two as they continue to expand their business. Finally, their pricing was very fair and reasonable. I hope everyone has as great an experience as I did with Michael and Miranda.

Show up at appointed time. Prices extremely competitive. Have had 3 cars and today entire 500 sq.ft.bedroom tinted with heat reducing film. 72% reduction in heat in room. We have very large windows and up until today have had to lower shades late afternoon. Awesome job. Quick, very professional and friendly. Would recommend this firm to anyone for cars and home windows.

Unfortunately, I would not recommend using Best Reflections to anyone. When I began looking for a company to install tint to our brand new Subaru Outback, Best Reflections was one who seemed to have good reviews. They also maintained higher prices, and I felt inclined to pay more and expected receive a high quality product in return. As it turns out, the job was poorly done and not only did I pay a large sum of money ($600 for 7 windows), the business owner refused to fix mistakes, and actually blamed the customer (me) for his subpar job, and stated I should pay more to have his mistakes fixed. Therefore I am unable to give this company a positive review. I had the windows tinted on three cars for a total of 7 windows. There were major mistakes to 5 of these. I do not mean small air bubbles. That is something you must expect; these were major noticeable mistakes as detailed below. If you would like pictures of their work firsthand, I can provide any as requested. - 2017 Subaru Outback driver's window - Small triangles with tint installed after plotter did not cut tint correctly - 2017 Subaru Outback passenger's window - quarter inch wrinkle and small triangles without tint - Jeep Wrangler passenger's window - two hairs under tint - one is 1.5 inch long - Jeep Wrangler driver's window - large piece of dirt with resulting air bubble - Dodge Ram passenger window - cut a half inch from bottom spanning 3-4 inches wide - Subaru Outback was replaced, however I now have scratches on clear coat 2" by 1" on inside window frame

Impressed, to say the least. Meticulous, detail oriented, yet quick and efficient. Answered all my questions, and had a great time hanging out while he worked on my car. Would recommend to anyone who simply wants the best high quality window tint job. What else can I say? No complaints.
