Poor job installing sub woofer wiring. Did not use anything to protect wiring underneath panels/seats to the back and WORE RIGHT THROUGH THE POWER WIRE! about to rewire it myself now Here’s your golden star⭐️

I took my truck to these guys and I had a couple special requests Natasha told I was scheduled for install only..I was bit bummed but happy to finally have the install completed . But when I picked it They had installed EVERYTHING…my new clock my the tachometer and repositioned my oil pressure guage I was so surprised and they did it with expertise.. I am super thrilled with these guys I will be replacing my speakers in the future and will be back Thanks for going the extra mile Chris Donovin Wilmington NC

Today was my first time visiting this place and I will definitely be back for all of my car audio and tinting needs. Everyone there was so knowledgeable and helpful and very nice. I paid $200 to get my radio put in and that included labor and a wire harness and a dash kit. I thought that Was a very reasonable price and they even take cash. The building was very clean and modern. 10/10.

I went to Cool Image with issues regarding my "Roll-n-Lock Truck cover. The cover wouldn't roll up and it kept coming off the tracks. I was told that a spacer should have been put in originally to keep the top from constantly coming off the tracks. First let me say that I'm from out of state and was referred as they are an authorized Roll-n-Lock installer. They took my truck (2017 GMC Canyon Denali) in and after 20 minutes came out and preceded to say that all these parts were needing to be replaced and the labor would be a minumum of 6 hours or $600.00. The total cost to fix these issues were just shy of $1,500.00 or I could order a brand new Roll-n-Lock cover for around $1,400.00 with a $200.00 install. I said I would discuss with my husband. My husband called the HQ of Roll-n-Lock and got a person on the phone who explained that there is a simple adjustment to make to the part on the tracks to keep the top from coming off the track and that the "Springs" that retrack the top usually are only good for about 5-7 years and we could simply replace the "Spring mechanism" for $108.00 in about 20 minutes. Very disappointing when a company tries to take advantage of someone who isn't local. I would have happily paid them $100.00 to install a $108.00 part and given a 5 Star review versus a 1 Star review because they tried to be greedy. Needless to say I would never use this shop again for anything in the future.

I wanted to put LED headlights in my Honda Odyssey, I called Gene's Audio and was told I would hear back in a day or two. I called Cool Image and they got me in the day after. Super nice workman as well as excellent service. I still haven't heard back from the other place:( I highly recommend Cool Image!!

Had a 7.5 RC Lift done to my 15' Chevy Silverado 1500 4x4. Not only did they sit down with me one on one until I was completely satisfied with my order, they also answered every question I had and provided me everything I asked for. I felt like family was helping me with the process, not a "salesman". Best service I've had since moving here in 2012. If you want to feel like you matter as a customer I would definitely recommend this place. you won't be disappointed. Future projects with Cool Image are: 6" RC Lift/ wheels and tires as well as other suspension components for my Chevy Colorado and Leather heated seats for my 15' Chevy Silverado.
