Best auto repair shop in Marietta, Georgia (GA) 2024

Went to have two front tires replaced. One was missing a lug nut. Said they would call me back the same day when it came in. No call. Came back two days later (Monday) at 8 am. But not just for the lug nut, Saturday evening the splash shield had come loose and I heard it dragging while on the highway. Once I parked I saw this. No apologies or responsibility was taken by the service manager. Jamir however was AMAZING. Very patient and understanding. The lug nut was replaced (after I waited for two hours). The service manager DID however try and sell me two new tires. I was/am too livid to have engaged them at the store. But I will spread through every channel I can socially and online. ~Justin

After getting an oil change all the oil drained out onto my driveway over night. When calling them to tell them something is wrong they said there was a lot of oil build up which was causing the huge puddle. They ended up towing my car to the shop to fix what they didn’t finish. Their only response was that They didn’t charge me to fix what they messed up. This is the second time I’ve had this happen with express. The first time was at the Woodstock location. Definitely won’t be returning. They also should investigate how their managers are handling when mistakes like this happen. ~Hannah

My experience with this dealership exceeded my expectations!! I had been eyeing the rogue online for a minute, walked in on a Saturday to come test drive it and ended up buying that same day plus exchanging my car. My salesperson Jonathon was super chill, very kind, and not at all pushy like some car salesmen can be. He answered all my questions and made sure I was happy with the vehicle. The whole process took a very long time, but as many businesses are experiencing right now, they were a little short staffed and there was only one finance guy working that day. The GM made sure to check in with me regularly and even gave me some snacks and sent me to a more comfy area where I could watch tv. When it got later in the evening he even ordered pizza for the staff and guests and made sure to let me know as soon as it arrived. I thought that was super thoughtful, new car + pizza, who could complain? They also cleaned up my vehicle all pretty and shiny before I left. ~Elizabeth

Great service, super fast and friendly! I came here to get two new tires and the prices were very reasonable. I also ended up getting an oil change as well. The owner and his team do a fantastic job and I plan on coming back to get two additional tires and my breaks done here. This place is hidden in the cut, right around the corner from Cort Furniture.
