Best oil change service in Marietta, Georgia (GA) 2024

After getting an oil change all the oil drained out onto my driveway over night. When calling them to tell them something is wrong they said there was a lot of oil build up which was causing the huge puddle. They ended up towing my car to the shop to fix what they didn’t finish. Their only response was that They didn’t charge me to fix what they messed up. This is the second time I’ve had this happen with express. The first time was at the Woodstock location. Definitely won’t be returning. They also should investigate how their managers are handling when mistakes like this happen. ~Hannah

I would highly recommend not using this business. Posted hours are not the actual times their staff show up. If you say you’re open at 9am but your staff aren’t there even by 10am then why would you trust their work and quality. It’s sad to see this location used to be a reliable place to get an oil change.
