I would highly recommend not using this business. Posted hours are not the actual times their staff show up. If you say you’re open at 9am but your staff aren’t there even by 10am then why would you trust their work and quality. It’s sad to see this location used to be a reliable place to get an oil change. DeMarcus and Airric were both awesome. Super positive environment and had great friendly banter. They help us spot our bad air filter and offered to switch it out even though they were out of stock. Unfortunately all the surrounding stores were as well, but we'll definitely be returning to this location for all of our vehicles. Ignore Megan's review above. The fact that she was on the phone at a FAST oil change garage hinders the entire point of the franchise.. SPEED. Get off your phone and you'd have discovered that both DeMarcus and Airric are both great at their jobs and with customers. How often do you get moonwalked out of your bay after your service is completed. Employees of the month/quarter/year in my book. Services: Oil change, Air & cabin filter replacement

Demarcus and Eric were closing down the shop ready to go home after a long day but they went the extra mile to stay open for me and my son before leaving on a road trip. They couldn’t have been nicer. Demarcus was telling me it was his son’s birthday and he’d been working all day and couldn’t wait to get home to his son. I definitely understood because it was my birthday too and I had been working all day long with no down time. Eric went to grab some kids gummies for my son to keep him content while they changed the oil. These guys are A+++. Thank you Service: Oil change

I used to like this place but I went back and the guy named Demarcus almost refused me service because I was on the phone and couldn’t talk immediately at HIS convenience. He wouldn’t let it go and he just had to have the last word and was very rude. This is not how a business should be run, I suggest getting new workers who actually care about what they’re doing and the traffic that comes in. Do not go here, the customer service is terrible and I wouldn’t recommend because if you don’t do what they want they will refuse service. I’ve NEVER heard of a business who won’t take a person’s money, so sounds like a lot of pride and arrogance to me. Better getting your oil change somewhere else. Services: Tires, Oil change

I have used them for emissions check and oil change. Always very friendly, always very professional, always prompt, fast and done right. A good price and great people. I highly recommend them! Johnson Ferry Rd. near Shallowford (Cobb County GA).

I drove out of my way to this Johnson Ferry rd location and it says they’re supposed to be open 7am to 7pm on Saturdays. I get there and it’s completed locked up and closed. No note on the door or anything. Super unprofessional and inconvenient.
