Best used truck dealer in Marietta, Georgia (GA) 2024

My experience with this dealership exceeded my expectations!! I had been eyeing the rogue online for a minute, walked in on a Saturday to come test drive it and ended up buying that same day plus exchanging my car. My salesperson Jonathon was super chill, very kind, and not at all pushy like some car salesmen can be. He answered all my questions and made sure I was happy with the vehicle. The whole process took a very long time, but as many businesses are experiencing right now, they were a little short staffed and there was only one finance guy working that day. The GM made sure to check in with me regularly and even gave me some snacks and sent me to a more comfy area where I could watch tv. When it got later in the evening he even ordered pizza for the staff and guests and made sure to let me know as soon as it arrived. I thought that was super thoughtful, new car + pizza, who could complain? They also cleaned up my vehicle all pretty and shiny before I left. ~Elizabeth

The manger (Gary?) is not honest. He may make up a reason and tell you that your reserved truck is not working properly and ask you to go to another location or give you another truck of a different size but refuse to honor any credits ($50?). If the truck you reserved is popular, he may just want to rent the same truck to another person who comes later. Don't trust him. ~Paul
