The manger (Gary?) is not honest. He may make up a reason and tell you that your reserved truck is not working properly and ask you to go to another location or give you another truck of a different size but refuse to honor any credits ($50?). If the truck you reserved is popular, he may just want to rent the same truck to another person who comes later. Don't trust him. ~Paul

Great movers!! We frequently use this great group of guys at Jacqueline Adams Antiques to help us unload and move new shipments and high-end antiques. They are wonderful, punctual, friendly and professional. OG helped move a large enfilade up a flight up stairs. Tracy and Pevy were great at supervising and taking direction of where we wanted the items. Chris, Fiyaz and Robert were also here and were professional and extremely helpful! The group here is quality movers and I plan to use them in my own move. I am delighted to call them again and recommend them to anyone. ~Dana
